Great hotel and stay, but as it’s getting cold at night, and having coffee throughout the day isn’t important as coming in at 5:30 in the evening and the coffee is old and not hot at all. 5 stars if you brewed coffee for your guest return each day in the evening around 5pm. So every checkin during the cold evening is greeted with cold coffee. This is an easy fix. I’ll be back in a week or two.Signed A lifetime diamond member.

Staff was very nice & helpful. The hallway smelled as if it was just remodeled but when you get in the room the carpet had loose carpet squares & 1 wall had stuff on it.So disappointed in the bed- it wasn't as comfortable as the other Hamptons we've stayed in across the country. & the fitted sheet would not stay on. Hampton really need to update the fitted sheet to the drop pocketed ones so they would stay in place when you sleep.**THE POOL IS CLOSED**Nearby activities: A shopping mall near by.Food & drinks: A good variety of restaurants near by.

Checkmarks in all the right columns for this place. Nothing over the top or extremely fancy, just a solid hotel as you would expect from Hilton. Clean, comfortable and excellent service. Tony, went above and beyond.

This hotel is clean and modern and in a great location. Close to the expressway and shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast and everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful - especially Jabori. I will definitely stay again.

My room was booked for three nights through my employer's travel agency, as I have done several times a year since 2017. I booked using direct billing to my employer at our negotiated corporate rate. This was confirmed during check in. On check out, I realized someone at Hampton Inn had changed my reservation to bill to my personal credit card at a higher rate.Because they're still trying to figure out what happened (and not just to me), they couldn't give me a receipt so I can't expense it. I have to carry the charge until it gets reversed by someone or I can dispute it with my credit card bank.Pretty sure my employer books rooms here every week. I expected far better.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The main problem was we asked for a rollout bed, none available, which was ok. However, we had three people in a room with a king-size bed and queen fold out. There were 4 total pillows, of which none had any support or fluff, so basically laying flat on the bed. Asked for more pillows and were told none available. Needless to say, good sleep was hard to come by. To bad otherwise would 5 star rate it.

The rooms here are great and clean, but the staff is lacking customer service skills. I approached a woman at the front desk who had her head down working on something so I waited a reasonable amount of time for her to finish up and acknowledge me, but I had to speak first. I politely said "Good morning" to which I got back a cold "Yeah?" Very off-putting. The breakfast buffet is as expected... microwaved food, but decent for free. Great location and quick to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

I wish I had read recent reviews. This hotel does the absolute minimum that is required of them.I live out of hotels Monday through Friday and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review.The room was very clean, I will give them that.The wifi exists, but is very spotty, when I complained I was given a hotline to call that was just a waste of time. I ended up using the wifi from Nordstrom instead.Even as a diamond member late check out is 30 min past checkout time and they act like they are really sacrificing everything to give you that. It was not a availability issue, it was "our managers rule".I don't expect much from a Hampton Inn breakfast, they are all pretty much the same, but this one was bad. The hot food was dried out and tough.The AC is so loud I had dreams of cement mixers. And, even though it wasn't that hot outside the units were undersized and couldn't keep up, not to mention the thermostat is right infront of the unit, which is on the opposite side of the room from the bed.I thought all Hamptons had the same mattresses, I was wrong.The woman that checked me in was great, very personable and friendly, the other front desk staff I encountered were not.This seems like a case where the manager of this property has read the manual from Hilton 30 times and could tell you exactly what the minimum requirements are for a Hampton and they give the guests nothing more. I would suggest they go stay at some other hotels to see how guests should be treated.

I really wish I had paid more attention to those numerous negative reviews about this hotel before my stay. Trust me, I hope you don't have to go through the terrible experience I had and end up writing yet another negative review. My intention here is to share my experience and hopefully, you'll take it to heart and reconsider staying at this place.I initially booked a two-bed room and even received a confirmation email to confirm my reservation. However, when I arrived and it was time to check in, I was told that I was assigned to a one-bed room. Now, we were three occupants, and it's simply impossible for all of us to sleep on a single bed. I tried talking to the front desk to get the two-bed room I had reserved, but their response was disheartening. They claimed that all the two-bed rooms were sold out, leaving us with no other options. In essence, they had sold my reserved room to someone else and kept my extra $35 without offering a simple apology. It was already too late to find another hotel, so they provided me with a twin-size roller bed. But trust me, it was so small that my feet dangled outside the entire night, making it a truly miserable night's sleep.To make matters worse, when I was checking out the next day, the manager on duty was initially kind enough to offer me HHonor points as compensation. However, they didn't keep their word and gave me fewer points than they had promised. This inconsistency in their customer service was truly disappointing.So, please, take my advice and stay far away from this hotel. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle and frustration I went through.

I am a Hiltons Honors Silver member. This is my honest feedback about this place.The rooms are good but the service is much to be desired. For example - They do not pick up the phone despite having tried every few minutes over 4 hours. The message I kept getting was that they were unavailable. Even the central reservation team tried reaching them and came back with the same message. They too found it very strange. Almost felt like they had disconnected the phone until the next shift.Also, I had left my charger in the room. Called from the airport to ask the front desk to help find it. After repeated attempts, I was able to reach the front desk but all I got from them was they would ask house keeping and call me back. Obviously, I never got a call back from them. They just don't care.The overall experience was not so good. I have stayed in the same hotel in the past and I must say the the service has deteriorated considerably. Not sure, I would stay here again.

Great location if you want to shop. We had a clean room, but the floors are THIN. I could hear people above me stomping around and talking during the day, and then the housekeeping vacuum the next morning.Also, pool was closed for our stay and there was no such warning prior to booking in the Hilton app.

Room was adequate, broken/dirty iron, shower and sink stoppers broken non-functional, tp holder broken just overall needed a face lift. The AC shut off in the middle of the night both nights I stayed and I woke up in a sweat and the thermostat was was 73/74 so I had to get up and dial it back down.None of this compares to the lack of service and apathy of the front desk. As I was getting ready for bed I noticed that there was no shampoo in the bathroom so I got dressed and went down to the desk to grab some. The response when I notified the front desk that there was no shampoo in my room was : "There is no shampoo in the hotel, Hilton has discontinued their products so there is nothing I can do about it. Eventually we will be getting the dispensers that mount of the wall but they haven't come in yet" I was dumbfounded and said well what can you do and why didn't you tell me when I checked in. The response was "well you can go to target right up the street and buy some but there is nothing else I can do."Mind you there was conditioner and a bar of soap along with a Hilton promise that mentions if you forgot any amenities they would be glad to supply them for you but no shampoo. In my 15+ years of being a loyal Hilton Diamond member I have never experienced this previously. Later that week I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Ocala, FL which had shampoo so clearly this is not a brand problem but a local issue.I frequently travel to Roselle for work and while Schaumburg is my ideal place to stay I will be sure to avoid this hotel moving forward.

I have complained 5 times now to the front desk - after 3 hours the thermostat in the room changes back to 75 degrees - so I wake up MULTIPLE times during the night burning up, and have to reset it... I have not slept once through the night since I have been here! I asked to change rooms, and the said the were full - there's less than 10 cars in the lot...

Hotel was clean and modern, staff was very polite. This looked like it was going to be a nice stay, but we were disappointed and relieved to only be staying one night.Unfortunately the body wash provided by the hotel gave one of us severe hives. They told us on the phone that a roll away bed was first come first serve, so we asked at check in and they told us they have never had any. At the complimentary breakfast the food was terrible, and their was ham in the omelet (the only egg option) making it not an option for the vegetarians in our party. The house keeping person knocked on our door even though our do not desturb sign was on the door.
