If you want an Incredibly talented stylist, Please go see Samantha. She is quite the artist. She will make you feel warm and welcomed. I always feel comfortable and at home when I come to see Samantha. The whole staff is fantastic as well. Just nice vibes all around. I highly recommend the Reiki shampoo. Its a must! Oh yes, I absolutely love my haircut and color. It’s been a month and I still love it. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been going to Hair Haven for nearly 20 years about every 6 weeks. Karri specifically is one of the finest human beings I’ve ever known & I love talking with her as she simultaneously gives me my ideal haircut every single time! It’s a peaceful, relaxing & extremely welcoming environment for all, not to mention their professionalism! I’m so comfortable there that I would never enter any other establishment & why would I when they offer perfection! Love all the Hair Haven Ladies!

I've been getting my hair done by Sam for over 10 years now. No matter what, she always wants you to be comfortable and love what she does with your hair. She is personable, friendly, and extremely creative. I always give her free range of my hair, and we recently started toying with highlights and I absolutely love it! All the staff there are nothing short of wonderful, and I'd recommend any one of them!

My wife, daughter and I all go there. Karri is the best. Prices are so fair, atmosphere is calming and pleasant and her work is impeccable. We moved to Lake in the hills and still drive over to see Karri in Schaumburg! We all highly recommend!

I came in to get information since I'm in this building alot but instead of explaining that since they are busy (as I understand all hair salons are) they can book me in advance, she saids they are independent hairstylists with no website to schedule and only work by word of mouth. That's it. Awkward silence. I'm like, so...... you don't want my business? She made me feel very uncomfortable. I wasn't looking to get my hair done today, just information since I saw they had no website. Was it because how I was dressed, my ethnicity ?♀️ Just couldn't believe I was hearing what she said. Felt very offended. She said if you want I can take your number and have someone call me back. But that was after the fact. Your first impression to get new clients was very saddening.
