Customer service was absolutely fantastic. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the service and support I was given today from Jimmy and Dave. Jimmy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed to repair my car. Dave helped me tremendously with matching the paint on my car, it was a struggle due to my car being so old and really worn out by the sun. I asked to speak Carlos the store manager to let him know how much I appreciated the help his employees gave me because you just don’t get that kind of help anywhere else. I could tell that Carlos was a hands on manager not scared to get his hands dirty I saw him go to the back and help put stuff away a manager that will do that and keep up with his work load I know has the respect from his employees. Right as I paid the invoice and was getting ready to leave,in came there driver Bob and offered to help carry everything to my car as it was quite a bit. It was nice for a D I Y’er like myself to walk in somewhere with not a lot of knowledge on a project and come out with more tips and tricks than I walked in With. Thank you to the entire Genesis staff at the Schaumburg location for all your help it was very much appreciated. And I will be referring everybody I know to your store!!!!

Ive been in the industry for 15 years and have been coming to the schaumburg store for a year now and they have a great team behind the counter, very professional and knowledgeable about what they are selling. In paint matching, they never let me down. These guys do their best to help and always very welcoming in the mornings. Carlos, Dave, Jim, Jesus and Bob do great work and are a pleasure to do business with.
