I'm legally disabled with MCS and hyperosmia. Going inside places where scented products are sold or used is a health hazard and I react with bad health reactions from dizziness, fainting, weakness, confusion and asthma. I can't go inside store so I always order for pick up. I had coupons to get food for free. Items only sold in this store chain. I called to explain this and I was told I had to go inside even with my disability and with even the doctor's papers. I stopped going and now I buy all my stuff in iherb. I lost the coupons but not worth the hassle of driving after I was discriminated for being disabled.

Recently came here to grab a few things for a quick lunch. This is one of the largest Fruitful Yield establishments I've been too. Staff was friendly and has the same great deals that all the other locations have. Store was empty on my visit which was really peaceful.

I often see this store when I get my haircut next door at HIP salon. My main reason for today's visit was to look for some kidney stone tablets or helpful remedies to try. I ended up leaving with "Stone Free" tablets, glucosamine pills for our senior dog, chocolate chips, and facial products! I was excited to see Derma E products here, which I often ordered online from other stores in the past. Derma E has a reliable product line with options for many different skin types and for all ages. This store had one of my favorite products, the microderm facial scrub. It's a little pricey for a small jar, but a little goes a long way. I am happy to know I have a place close to home for my favorite skin care products. I also didn't know they have a little produce section here and some of my favorite refrigerated brands, like Califia Farms creamers and SO DELICIOUS coconut yogurt. The staff working were very nice and more than one person greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I look forward to returning and trying more items.

I won't be at this store anymore...seems your skin has to be white to be greeted at the register (cashier Brigette). But they damn sure watch you while shopping... I called to complain about it and the manager didn't really care for letting her know

Not sure about the negative reviews but I've been coming to this store for years & have always had a great experience and helped by all employees. I feel as if covid has created an angrier society:( It's interesting that people will have great experiences somewhere for years but will only choose to review the 1 bad experience!? If you want big box corporate well you know where to go but if you want personalized care and 1 on 1 help with any health questions that you may have than this is the place to go! They genuinely care and are actually very informative.

Never had a problem with any of their stores that I have gone too. The complaints I read are pretty petty, I think some people just like to complain.
