I had the best experience ever today. I purchased my first car from a dealership. Andy and Tommy absolutely killed it! So helpful, kind, and overall made the process super easy and comfortable. Took great care of me and gave me the best deal possible! I never knew how much I liked Volkswagen until today! 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and amazing service! So, when I first walked into the dealership on 8/28/24, I was on edge because I didn’t know if I was going to be able to get a car due to my situation. I was met by Sales Consultant Ozzy Sarwar. I had asked for the individuals who I had spoken to over the phone. Well I learned that the individuals were from internet sales, so they weren’t actually at the dealership. I’m not going to lie, I was going to leave the dealership after being advised about them. I didn’t want to have to explain everything all over again, so I asked for a manager. Tommy Gonzalez came out to speak with me. I informed him that I had an appointment, but I was confused by the individuals who I had spoken to over the phone and told me they would be at the dealership. Tommy said no worries I will pull up your information and Ozzy will work with you. Let me say this..this was my first experience working with a dealership who didn’t make things feel awkward or pressured. Although I was nervous, Ozzy made me feel comfortable talking to him. I don’t easily open up to be people, so it says a lot about the genuineness of him. We went through the initial process of getting my information and the search began to find me a vehicle. Ozzy found me a beauty. Ozzy informed Tommy that we found a vehicle and now it was Tommy turn to work the numbers. After a little while, Ozzie brought me into the principals office (inside joke). Lol. Tommy was honest and upfront with me about the situation and I just knew that it wasn’t going to happen. But, that wasn’t the case. Guess what? I drove off with the vehicle I’ve been wanting for the past year and she is gorgeous. I’m so thankful that I didn’t leave and was blessed to meet Ozzy and Tommy. Tommy and Ozzy are down to earth people and will make you feel like you have a voice in the matter. Not just another sale. If you’re in search for a car please go to VW of Schaumburg and see Ozzy and Tommy. I promise you won’t leave disappointed.

Ozzy is AMAZING!!! He made this old gal feel at ease with his quick witt, thorough knowledge yet humble vulnerability when he didnt know the answer. There was no pressure either. Hopefully I wont be back in many years (because my car will be wonderful), but for those shopping, call Ozzy and Shay.

The customer service at Castle VW of Schaumburg was outstanding, and the Tiguan was exactly what I was looking for. Since I called, I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. I requested before additional pictures, payment methods, asked questions regarding insurance and plates for other state and they went above and beyond providing all the info in a timely manner. Once I arrived, drive test and all my questions were answered. Angel and the team did a perfect job. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Thank you!

Great experience with easy financing. Finance Mgr. Tommy help make my experience here fun and simple process. Had my car and paperwork ready for me when I came in. Didn’t have to do hours of paperwork like other dealers.
I also had a Salesman name Ozzy who was very informative on how everything works in my new 2024 Sport Atlas. He was friendly and new the details of this luxury SUV. So happy with the service in this place.

Mason who was my Service Technician went above his call of duty for my vehicle today. His Customer Service was extraordinary professional and extremely friendly. He was honest about what my vehicle needed and didn't need at the time f service and even recommended me to a professional auto body shop for other services needed. Just had my Volkswagen GTI in for a recall. They made things very easy. The car was in and out. They even went above and beyond. I have been using them on and off over the last 10 years and they are a phenomenal auto group as always. They all know what they’re doing from sales to maintenance to service. Highly recommend these guys!
