Friendly staff, simple check-in process, great room with fridge, which I didn't expect. The mattress was firm, which was great. Plenty of parking spaces, EV station near the main entrance.The place wasn't busy when I stayed for two nights, which was nice. It's near lot of restaurants and access to retailers - yeah, you won't be bored :)

Thank you Marriott. Saved us again. We were stuck at another hotel we were required to by a hockey tournament when SWAT had to go through our hotel with families all outside they took 14 families in. Thank you for helping us out. I love Marriott. This hotel had spacious rooms and great personnel. The breakfast was great. This was a great hotel and I recommend it.Rooms: They are great big spacious rooms with blackout shades even. Very comfortable and got a great night sleep.

Overall room was cool. The hotel auditor at night was a sour individual. Seems to only be there for a paycheck. I told him my room smelled like marijuana and told me "okay" as a first response/solution. The second response was to inform the manager, but seemed so lackadaisical about it, kinda felt ripped off. Oh well.

Very clean. Great staff. Bed was better than most hotel beds. In walking distance to every store or restaurant you can imagine. Great value .Walkability: In.walking distance to shopping dining movies and Legoland. Great location for an overnight trip w the family, weekend w the girls or some good old fashioned sexy time w your best guy.

Horrible hotel! Service is terrible! They didn't clean my room after my first day. They said they only clean rooms every three days!!!! The guy working the desk was always on his earbuds and it was like you were bothering him anytime you asked for anything. Do not recommend this hotel!Rooms: Large, but smelled. Sloped from entry way to bed.

Becarfull what you wish with this garbage like hotel, very uncomfortable furniture, very dirty carpet smelly rooms.That's what's happened when stupid employee is the first one a guest will encounter.Arrived at the normal check-in area waited for 10 minutes while 2 girls chatting with each other by the bar area.I approach them asking where front dest staff, then one of them said ohh the check-in area is here by the bar.I said you didn't see me waiting there for the last 10 minutes, why didn't you signal me to come here or post a sign directing guest to check-in area.Very unreasonable employees without any since of responsibility.I strongly Do Not recommend this horrible ripoff hotel for you.

Horrible hotel. Dirty and tiny rooms, horrible service. Maids giving dirty looks, looks horrible on the outside and and inside of hotel, got sick after staying, horrid breakfast, AND THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE A POOL!? WHAT!? It is 2023 the LEAST you can expect is a Hot Tub! So upset, complete waste of money will NEVER stay Marriott again and NEVER EVER STAY “four points”! Wish I could give them a negative star review and rename the hotel 0 points! NEVER stay ANYWHERE NEAR THIS HOTEL! GET A POOL AND MAYBE YOU COULD GET 1 POINT’

The housekeeping left my room open (probably accidentally). I returned back late and when I went to my room, the door was ajar. I didn't enter the room and front desk had to escort me to my room and luckily, nothing was missing but my laptop and valuables were exposed all day. Front desk didn't offer anything for this convenience. Not happy with the situation, I sent an email to their manager. She offered an apology but nothing for the inconvenience. That's not up to Marriott standards.

Hotel is exactly what you would expect and pleasant. I really like the location. For business it is very close to a lot of nice restraints upscale and fast casual.

Great location recently renovated rooms. Each employee I came in contact with was excellent.Food & drinks: Nice little bar to enjoy an after dinner or work drink.

Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough. A not quite empty liquor bottle was still in the closet. No breakfast served on Sunday morning even though the place was fully booked Saturday night.

We were not given the rooms we reserved. Nearly lifetime titanium status and never seen that before at a Marriott property. Didn't confirm rewards upon arrival either. Wouldn't really complain about that much if it wasn't for the room issue. They say they're booked and can do nothing. Also not top floor as requested. Place is loud.

Outstanding service and Jose the person who is at the counter Was more than a 10th of an willing to help when we returned from our 10 day trip in the Bahama islands to find our vehicle covered in snow. We had no snow removal or scrapers in the car, and he kindly gave us one to use. Unfortunately, it broke on the very 1st swipe as it was cheaply made, but that certainly wasn't their fault. It's just an awesome place to stay, with treats at the front desk at no charge. Thank you, Four Points.
