I called and asked for coin exchange assistance and was told they do not take rolled coins at all. The person I spoke with was untrained and did not offer any help in regards to my question. They were very unprofessional and unkind. Terrible customer service!!

I have had very disappointing service from this location. I’ve tried reaching out to the lady that works here (her name is Amita) and all my calls and messages are ignored. Although today she finally answered the phone, she was completely rude while I was polite to her the whole time. This location needs to train their employees to be more kind towards people.

Awful service they locked down my account over no reason and assumed my paycheck are fraud and want me to close account and don't want me open or use their Bank anymore not tell me why or any reason don't use 5/3 at all I give them 0 rating not 1 star

I just went to Fifth Third Bank to get replacement cards and got the best service ever from Rahila. Quick and easy. Will definitely go back to this branch.

Amita is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Rather then listen to the circumstances she pushed as though because of another company I the customer was at fault. I highly recommend going to another branch.

They don't even deserve the one star that I gave them. Hoffman estate should close this bank or for sure change its staff totally. Bad service I don't even want to waste my time to tell of what they did.I stayed seated for two and half hours then went to another bank. I walked in at the other bank and it was a breath of fresh air. I also sort of gotten red carpet treatment.THIS BANK ON 121 Barrington in Schaumberg SUCKS REALLY BAD, BAD, BAD SRRVICE!!!

I can tell you this much when I pulled up to that window and they looked up and seen my black face I had to go through three people and still got turned down the worst bank I have ever been to if you black do not bank at this Bank

The person behind the desk helping me didn't even know how to do a wire transfer from my account to chase. He was unable to help me because I didn't have the bank wire routing number, which I come to learn from his colleague sitting at the desk next to him that he can easily look it up. It's a simple process. Yet, the person who was helping couldn't even find the bank. Its JP Morgan but he was looking it up as Chase!!! At the end, he told me to call the bank because once the wire goes out there is no getting it back. He really made no effort to help. We didn't feel confident the person was knowledgeable enough and didn't want to risk it so we left. Time to look for another bank!!!!

Was at the bank at 1:35, bank closed at 2. Lady said she cannot take me as there is someone else. What type of customer service is. On top of that, we called before and they said if you come in before 2 we shall help you out. She did not want to help me. Worst fifth third bank ever. Will never ever want to do any business with them in future. I guarantee they going to come back and apologize and wont refund me for my wasted time. If I were you ,I would fire the full staff and close this location. Customer service is why people go to banks, if you don't wanna provide customer service then shut the bank down.
