I wanted to deposit a paper stock certificate into my account. Walked in on a Friday, and Patrick was very helpful and quick to process my request. I was told before that it could take an hour, but I think it only took like 30 minutes. My stocks were available to view on my app on the following Monday, so they processed it very quickly as well. Thank you so much!

I made an appointment with Charles to discuss my plans with my retirement. I have always been on top of my finances, but was a bit apprehensive meeting.Charles put me at ease. We discussed my future goals and looked at my pension and 401K and I pleased with what I Charles showed me. I strongly recommend no matter where you are in your finances to spend some time with a financial planner. Make an appointment with Charles... He is friendly down to earth and didn't sugar coat anything.

This is a small Fidelity branch that is very convenient to my home and my office. If you arrive at the right time, their office is generally void of customers, and you get royal treatment. Sometimes, this time, they have a wait and expect you to have made an appointment. They have a great single-cup coffee maker in their lobby and comfortable seating. If you have to wait, at least you will be comfortable. When you do see someone, they are very accommodating. I suppose it would be better to make an appointment. It would be courteous to them and ensure you don't waste your time. So, I do suggest you make an appointment first.

Your money is not safe here. They have had my funds restricted for a year and a half even though they have 2 court orders. If you think your money is safe here and outside of probate, think again. You can’t talk to their legal department. That is a whole phone and email web of games. Transition services doesn’t answer their phone and they do not return calls. Stifel, Voya, John Hancock there are many other places where your money will be safe. Do not trust this unscrupulous business with your money.

Fidelity Investments is a trusted name and a great institution to go to for all your investment and retirement needs. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and provides sound advice for whatever age you are and in whatever situation. Matt Vahl is a great Financial Advisor and is very responsive. It’s easy to make an appointment online and their service desk can perform most transactions.

We needed copies of documents for processing the purchase of a home in the area. The records we needed where in another state, in storage, with our entire household furnishings awaiting delivery. We walked in, sorry we did not make an appointment, explained the situation and the requests were handled quickly and in a very professional manner. After we are established, we will use this location with one of their advisors for our accounts. Thank you.

Wanted to open an an account so went to the office. The guy was nice. Directed us to the tablet where we can create our account. Yes I know about that; I can create my account at home. I need help selecting the fund. Oh.. you can read about our funds on line. I need help with the beneficiaries as can I make a minor child the beneficiary. You'll need to read up on that. Can my grandchild be a co-owner so the account is theirs upon my death. Beneficiary pays taxes; co-owner assumes ownership with no tax liability. We can look at that after the account is created. OK!. Thank you for you help. Still haven't set up the account. Efn Millenials...

Awful service. Even the most basic of needs like getting a phone number for the investment center was unavailable and I was directed to a national call center. The representative was impossible to understand and he did not understand what I needed. Fidelity has changed their service. model to the point that they no longer have ANY service.

Literally the worst. Called to set up a company 401k and personal retirement plan. Told me there was only one guy that deals with my "tier" and it would be two weeks and i need to be flexible on times, LOL. Took my business elsewhere.

They used to answer phone with minutes. Now I have been trying to get someone on phone for over a week. Maybe I should just write them a letter?
