I have been buying jewelry from Fali Jewelers- Woodfield Mall (Schaumburg, IL), for almost 5 years now. The last two years I received guidance from Gloria. She helped me clarify my vision and she stayed attentive to my goals during the selection process. She was extremely helpful explaining materials, styles, and of course cost. I was even able to give input on an existing set of earrings; herself and the jewelers were able to make my customization come to life! It is important to note, I have also received attentive and competent assistance from all of the associates at Fali Jewelers. I highly recommend anyone to get their jewelry from Fali Jewelers.

I had the pleasure of working with Gloria as my customer service representative at Fali Jewelers, and she was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was professional, helpful, and intentional about ensuring we had a great experience. While helping us choose a ring, Gloria stayed in contact, provided detailed information, and gave us a fantastic deal.
She greeted us warmly and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness, making the entire process enjoyable. Her attentiveness and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gloria to any of my family and friends—she’s a gem herself!

Gloria helped me with picking out an engagement ring. She is very friendly and kind and is always open to listening to what your needs are. She takes your opinion into consideration and doesn’t force a product on you, I was very happy with the way I was treated by her from the first time I stepped foot here all the way until I received the ring. She is also very open with communication and makes sure you know what’s going on with your delivery. Overall, the jewelry here is reasonably priced and they have a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re looking for an engagement ring or any other piece of jewelry. They are the best!
