I got a Complete Vehicle Inspection from Firestone where they told me I needed my control arm replaced and both a front and rear brake job ASAP, totaling up to $2125 in costs from them! Brought their inspection list to Scott who ended up taking a look at my car, he found that only a rear brake job was needed and that Firestone lied about my control arm, it was perfectly fine. Scott charged me a very fair price on the brake job, $200 less than what Firestone quoted me for, and ended up saving me almost $1800 compared to what Firestone was willing to charge me. Definitely come here if you want an honest, reliable, fair-priced auto shop you can count on!

We got our front brakes fixed and Chris was kind, helpful, and quick throughout the entire process. He also fixed our reverse lights and did a great job. Definitely coming again and would recommend.

I've come here several times for everything from and oil change to wheel bearing and more. I drive 30 minutes because I trust them to be honest and fairly priced. You won't regret using these guys, also very friendly and they are open 7 days a week. FYI, it's first come first serve daily, so get here early.

Before I came here and I went to my dealership to fix my brakes and rotors. Well! They wanted to charge me $600 and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Found this place and they only charged me half that amount. Very affordable in my pockets. During quarantine, they were still able to keep distance.

Only giving this place two stars because I felt tricked. I called to ask if they had any openings for oil changes and they told me to come in, once I got there, there were four other people in front of me. I asked if I could make an appointment for the following day and they said they only take walk-ins. Because my vehicle takes synthetic oil I asked the man to scan my car and let me know how much it would cost. I was told $47.50 after tax. I came in the next day thankfully there was nobody waiting in front of me, however the price had changed from the day before now the cost went up to $49.67z Who just changes prices like that? This place advertises that they have coupons online, but that is just their real pricing which seems like a good deal. However There is a 10% sales tax fee since it is located in Cook county and they don't mark off everything on the checklist. As seen in the photo attached they said that they washed my windows... They did not even touch my windows makes me wonder if they really filled my coolant let alone washer fluid. Overall $50 for a synthetic oil change seems pretty fair, but the advertising of a $40 oil change and this service checklist definitely makes you feel like you walked away scammed. The lobby has a very loud TV that they clearly don't care about turning down even when you pick up your phone for a call. Worktime seemed pretty average I'd say about 25 to 30 minutes.

My mom had been coming here for work on her car and has always felt like Scott was an honest man and did great work. I then needed some work done on my car and she referred me here. Said Scott was the mechanic to go to. So I did, and she was definitely right! He is a honest man and isnt out for your money. I had a part on my car that had been recalled and he could have easily said a price and left it at that. But instead he told me he was pretty sure there was a recall was for that specific part and that I should go to the dealership cause they will cover that part free of charge. Sure enough I was able to get it fixed for free by the dealership. Thank God I got a second opinion with Scott cause the first place i went to was already looking up part prices and asking when I wanted to come in to have it fixed. Was gonna cost me around 300-500$ just for the part not including the labor. Thanks Scott for being a loyal mechanic to your customers!!

There some noise every time I made a left hand turn. The dealership is too far so I was looking for a mechanic close to home and found this one.The reviews are all positive and highly rated. I figured I'd give it shot. I called the shop ahead of time spoke to a guy named Scott and he just said bring it by. I was taken care of right away. He corrected the noise issue and I haven't heard it since. He didn't even charge me! This is a honest place to go to and they don't nickel and dime. You can tell they want safe vehicles on the road. Look no further this is the place to go. Thanks again!

I just recently moved here, so trying to find a new place to get my oil change and automotive repairs can be tough! But I got super lucky when doing my research and found this gem. They are very helpful, honest and hardworking! I initially came in for a standard oil change and Roy helped me with getting the gas leak fixed as well. The pricing was very reasonable! Dan was also very nice and helped me get on my way quickly. Thanks for the great service

I wanted to do front brakes at my 2016 Mazda CX5 in a matter of days due to a trip. I found Express Auto online with excellent reviews about their quality of work, time, honesty and good service. I have only found out that all those reviews were definitely true. I talked to Roy over the phone and he gave me a good price that did not change during to job. I left the car for them and picked up later the same day. They have very competitive prices ( $269 for new rotors, brake bads and labor) and I am looking forward to use them for my next repairs. 5 stars!!!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Great price, fantastic customer service and OUTSTANDING installation. My installer Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was very personable, competent and fast. Could not have ordered up a better experience. They have a client for life. THANK YOU!!!!
