The customer service is absolutely awful in this store. I was in there for about 10 minutes before anyone even approached and was only approached because I had quite a few things in my hands. It was very awkward walking around while all the employees stood by the register and talked amongst themselves. I only purchased because this is the only store I was going to find a bikini mid October.

Not great customer service. When looking for a bikini, I was in the changing room and when asked if I needed a different size I had mentioned I didn’t see the XL on the floor in the one I was looking at. The older woman working said very rudely, “we don’t carry those type of sizes here”….. to which I stated I’ve been coming here for years and have bought MANY swimsuits in XL before, not to mention there is an even wider range of sizes online. It was just extremely rude the way it was worded and the tone with it, felt like she was body shamming.

I came in with my daughter to find a tankini. The store was very busy, but I was greeted warmly and offered help right away. I usually like to take a look around before getting the courage to go into the fitting room. I was a little bummed to see such a small selection of tankinis since I saw so many lovely underwire styles on their website. On the other hand, the two saleswomen Suzette and Sharalee were absolutely fantastic. They were both incredibly patient with me and took turns checking on me even though they had all the fitting rooms full for quite some time! However, they offered many different styles until we found a suit that worked for me. I'm in awe at the amazing customer service I received and I will be sure to point all my girlfriends here for their suits this season!

I needed a couple of new suits for my upcoming trip to the Bahamas and I could not be happier with the service I received. Sharalee and Suzette went above and beyond. They listened to my needs and preferred styles attentively. Both brought me a variety of suits that I would have never dreamed to try on. They were so patient with me and gave me feedback on every suit I tried. They had other customers they were also helping along with me but not once did I feel pushed to the side. I will be sure to return to them for all my swim needs! They have earned a customer for life!

Cant thank the workers enough, I walked in and the young ladies that were working Yeli and Sharalee were BEYOND helpful. I have a trip coming up and due to my recent surgery I haven’t been able to find anything that looks right on me, but the two young ladies were so patient with me and helped me find the perfect swimsuit for my trip to Puerto Rico.

Bought several swimsuits for my wife online because the store is an hour away. Spent $400. Only one fit. Went on vacation and came back and went into the store (with the receipt) and were told we couldn't return the one's that didn't fit (which still had tags on them) because they have a 21 DAY RETURN POLICY. We were out of town for that amount of time. Emailed customer service and got the return policy speech. Liked the one suit that fit, but the return policy stuck us with a couple suits that are no good for use because they don't fit. So, in the end we paid $400 for one bikini. Won't purchase from this company again.

Suzete was AMAZING! She is seriously such a sweetheart!! (So patient with me, god bless her soul)! She knew the product so well -- all she had to do was look at my frame and she picked the perfect sizes in several different styles! I am so thankful for her help and I am absolutely in love with my new swimsuits! Def coming back for some new summer looks!

Tried on and picked out a swimsuit to go up to the pay and be told they don't take cash. How do you as a business not take legal tender? Change your name to 'Everything But Water and Cash' homies. Things should be convenient for the customer, not for you.

My cousin invited me to her birthday beach party. Even though I have a workI can't decline because I love my cousin very much. She's just like my sister to me. So I request my boss for 3 days leave. Gladly my boss accepted it. I went to Woodfield Mall to buy my present for her and also I bought my swim wear. This store is beach clothing. You can find anything you want for womens only. I bought a swimsuit with a color of pink and some white polo. I feel sexy when I wear it. I also bought a slipper that is perfect for my swimsuit. I also bought a hat. For my gift I bought some swimwear and a bag. The bag looks durable and it's pretty. And I hope she likes the swim wear that I bought her. Their service was great. I can't find any circumstances to it. I highly recommend this store.

I'm a regular customer here, and my first experience here made me come back whenever I needed new clothes or dresses. The shop itself is such a great place to go, has good quality and organize products. The woman who assisted me, was quite pleasant and competent. She was so familiar with their collection and sizes, she looked so trained and experienced, the way she entertained and handled every customer they had. She also made some recommendations for me and chose a dress that I can wear for the party I will attend at that time and I was so thankful to her because it looked excellent on me; I was shocked at how well she nailed it. When it comes to their product inventory, they had enough stocks for customers to choose to so, good job for that. Though, it quite costs a lot so maybe I suggest for them to have a discount some time, for it to be more marketable.

Food court has people sitting on the floor like animals in the cafeteria areas to eat, I am wondering how much safer this is from covid than eating at a table (that can be cleaned) like a civilized human being...
