I had a small accident and need my bumper repaired. Kristen, Dan and the staff did a wonderful job. They were prompt and very professional. I had some panels that were hanging under my car and they took care of that for me as well without me even asking. My car looks better than before the accident. I highly recommend them. I was recommended to Estes through my insurance agent and boy am I glad I was. My vehicle was repaired by them after extensive damage from an accident. They were amazing to work with and did a phenomenal job on my car. It is good as new. Months later they are my go to shop for my auto needs. Marty and team were great, they took care of my car after it was hit in an accident. They handled the total insurance claim including making sure I got a loaner delivered on time. Very professional and did honest work what was needed to bring car back before the accident. Will always bring my cars there. Between them and DJ Auto they are a great company.

Very nice people. Great service. They are very well organized and communication was great. I had a simple issue involving a tail light. They handled communication with the insurance company and I was in and out in 5 minutes after the parts came in.

I came in to get a scratch across the length of my car fixed up, and I was ECSTATIC about how well my experience was. The staff are friendly and professional, and will give you an honest assessment of what's needed. Not only that, but they were willing to fix it for WAY cheaper than many other collision centers and did a fantastic job. The cleaning and car scenting at the end were just the cherry on top an excellent experience, I can't recommend them enough!
