“I was in yesterday to activate the new phone that I ordered through myverizon app. For some reason the phone was looking like non pay in their system. It took us 1.5 hours with Verizon 1-800# then fraud department. The lady whose name is ISA or Issa (Fraud department) who refused to give me her employee number or the last name was determined not to help even though I ordered the phone from them and obviously there was a mistake somewhere, someone from the company made. They treated this as a fraud case without telling me or other verizon staff in the shop what the reason was.Luckily Max and the location manager Cesar helped me solve the problem by exchanging the phone. I can’t thank them enough.”

“Cricket is annoying to the point that they are locked the unlocked phones, so when I switch to another provider, I can't use my phones. Luckily, Tony was more than helpful to fix this problem, attitude, and knowledge are what calm me and be glad I got here.

“First I would like to say that the customer service was very good. Corporate once again is the reason for the 4 star...The corporate policies restrict the staff from buying games, and consoles from customers based on their policy. They do take games etc, and offer fair market prices. Nice place to bring the kids because they have all kinds of really cool stuff for sale. ENJOY!”

“I have really liked this location so far since it opened. It's a lot closer to my house, so it's easy to get to. I HAAAATE the lot and pump arrangement, though! It's soooooo cramped!!! You'd think that with the amount of land they had to work with, they could have utilized the space much more efficiently; I'm SURE the layout and *just* a couple too many cars there have been the deciding factor for plenty of people when they opted to head a little further up the street. The inside of the 7-11, however, each time I've been there has always been clean, smelled nice, and well stocked, and the regular cashier we see in the afternoons is always happy and friendly, so, points redeemed for all of that. ?”
