Got into a minor car accident a few months ago. Searched for a good body shop, needed to set up an appointment within a few hours, and these guys were able to fit me in right away! They even gave me a ride to the nearest Hertz location so I didn't have to call an Uber! That was nice of them! When My car was fixed, they also checked my breaks. I knew that they needed to be fixed and I was planning a road trip in a few weeks. The work was done in no time! So that was helpful! These guys are great! This is my "go to" shop now!

Took my car in for a rear collision repair. The owner took care of the insurance claim , even gave me a ride to get my rental car from Hertz. Car was fixed fast and very good. Cannot see where the damage was anymore. Will come back for future repairs!!!!

The quality of their work as well as their customer service has always been consistently awesome. My biggest concern when it comes to continuing rapport with a business is how consistent they are with their quality and how they treat me as a customer. Every time I come back they are always honest and fair and their quality of work brings my car back to when I first bought it. I have referred many friends and family and everyone leaves satisfied. Their work is immaculate and they even polished out some of the scratches that were on the car from the day I bought it. I was amazed they went the extra mile and the big scratch on the door was completely gone. Not only that but it looked better than it did when I got it from the dealer.

PNA AUTO is a fantastic, locally owned auto shop. I've been to them several times for routine maintenance and for repairs they're professional, friendly, and honest. They have outstanding customer service, and their prices are affordable . I can't recommend them highly enough. My new favorite repair shop in Schaumburg!
