Great selection. Prices high. Customer service not very attentive. They are all busy talking to each other. Fitting rooms...dirty. floors need to be cleaned. My socks were black.

I went suit shopping with my boyfriend, and we are so glad that we were told to come to DXL.
After our horrible experience down the street at Men’s Warehouse, Nathan at DXL was a godsend.
From the second we walked in, Nathan was friendly, helpful, and non-judgmental. He helped us get what we needed and was so great to work with.
Nathan also showed us their other clothing and shoe options, and we ended up buying a few golf shirts, as well. The other staff also checked on us and were just as friendly and pleasant.
Nathan, thank you for making this not only a painless experience, but an enjoyable one. :)
I now have a new favorite store to shop for my boyfriend. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous customer care and interaction from staff. They were very busy but made each customer feel important. My hubby is very tall and football player size and although most shirts were not in his tall size in stock, the staff gladly ordered them on line with free shipping to our home direct! We walked out with two full bags of clothing, so no problem waiting for a couple of special pieces. Great experience on a busy Saturday afternoon - we go to this store about 3 times a year and make large purchase every time as we are about 1.5 hours away. We'll worth the drive to get his size and staff is always welcoming to us! Thank you for being kind and making your customers feel special and cared for.

I always have a great experience when I shop at the DXL in Schaumburg. The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to help me. I don't like shopping...especially for clothes, but when I need to do so, I choose DXL Schaumburg.
