Best insurance decision I ever made, was switching to Donna’s office! I’ve spoken with 3 agents from calling that location, and every call has been an extremely positive experience!
I was with the Crystal Lake office, but had every bad experience possible. From being overcharged, lied to, and incredibly rude service, to being harassed every single time I talked with the main agent..over a review I didn't make. I kept needing to call and ask why things were different from what I was told, but I dreaded calling in.
I was ready to switch companies it was so bad, and asked a trustworthy friend who his insurance was through. State Farm. lol. He told me about his flawless experiences from that office, and it sounded like what I would want in an insurance company. Ok, maybe I can switch branches?? Yes I can!
WOW, what a difference!! Each agent has been incredibly kind, very knowledgable, and has answered my questions or fulfilled my requests beyond satisfaction. Reliable, consistent, quick, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. What more could you ask for?!?
If you're doubting your current company, looking for a better price, or even unhappy with the service from your local branch like I was.. At least give Donna’s office a call and see for yourself. Chances are, you’ll be VERY glad you did!

I worked with Donna and Agnes in transferring my auto and homeowners insurance to State Farm. They both provided outstanding service in addressing all of my questions to my satisfaction as well as communicating with me along the way. Highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs!
