I stopped by today to get my dog’s nails trimmed. The woman with the long length brown hair was not friendly at all. Usually when you tell someone it’s your first time you greet them with a warm welcome or something to that degree and possibly get their information to save them as a future customer. My dog was terrified to go with her; as she’s pulling him on his leash I’m telling her he just had hip surgery. SMH. Sometimes, I don’t think people are really sharing their experience from start to finish and customer service is relatively important—although it has gone down tremendously even before Covid. You really never know what someone is going through. I just a family member a few days ago and the treatment we received was not pleasant. I wanted to like this place as it’s relatively close to my job and a few of my friends bring their dogs here and told me they were very good. I don’t wouldn’t return here.

I take my dog here for nail trims. I’ve been EVERYWHERE in the area and they are the best. Incredibly nice to humans and dogs. Just good overall people who do a great job. Highly recommend.

There very good. I had a problem with the stairs and they brought Sally down for me.I will definitely keep taking my Sally there for her grooming there kind and reasonable.

Took my 9 month old puppy in for his very first nail trim that wasn’t completed by his vet.I believe the techs name was Shelby, and she did amazing with my baby! He was definitely a bit nervous, but I would be too. I showed up to my appointment a little early and was surprised that they were able to take him right away. His appointment was complete within minutes, nails looked perfect, and he even got a treat at the end.I’m so happy with the service and will be coming back with my kitties, as we’ve been looking for a groomer to tame their nails as well.

Dog Performers --- I cannot say enough good things about Dog Performeers Our dogeEllie was 15 and could be a little nervous and scared at times because of being deaf and starting to go blind. Abut two years ago we had to find a new groomer because our current groomer moved away. We found Dog Performers and it was the best find we ever made. Debbie is wonderful with older dogs, kind and patient. Ellie was never afraid or anxiouos to go there. I felt safe for leaving her with them. Sadly a month ago Ellie passed away and we received a beautiful card from them. Kind, wonderful and you can tell everyone loves their jobs and the animals they care for. Highly recommend for your grooming needs. Thank you Pet Performers.

So I had to wait a couple of days to write this, as I wanted to be fair. We have taken our two year old golden doodle here to be groomed and have his nails cut several times. We requested grooming via the website and got a denial three days later. The response was that he has too much energy and they didn't have a groomer to handle cutting a golden doodle any longer. Our dog walks off leash, sits on the driveway when dogs are three feet away. When we would bring him here and pick him up I always heard him barking. Not sure where they cage him after his cut is done. I'm certainly not trying to ruin a business. I do feel that if they are no longer equipped to handle any doodle, that they could have responded quicker. The owner was nice with the response, but I am confused that a DOG groomer couldn't cut a golden doodle or any doodle. Bottom line if you have a GOLDEN DOODLE or any DOODLE, this is not the place for you!

I never write reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to write this one. We have taken our dog to this place 3 times and will never bring him back. The first two times they kept our dog for over 4 hours, and each time we picked him up he was stressed out and wet because he either drooled or peed on himself from sitting in a cage for hours. I don't know why they schedule an appointment at all if your dog will sit in a cage for hours while they work on other dogs. If you have an appointment , you should be taken right away, not put in a cage to wait for 2-3 hours. We just picked up our dog and this is the last straw. He had a bandanna on that covered his chest when we picked him up but when we got home and removed the bandana we saw that his entire chest was cut extremely short. We have a beautiful golden retriever that had an amazing chest of long hair. We specifically instructed the staff that we do not want his chest hair touched and that we like a natural look, and we were told "yea of course , it is in our notes". I don't understand why anyone would shave a golden retrievers chest , especially after being told not to touch it. I am so disappointed in this place and so sad that our beautiful boy looks like he got into a fight with clippers. We will not be coming back again, and would never recommend this place to any of our friends. Here is a before picture of our boy with his luscious chest of hair and after. You can see how sad he is. If I could give zero stars I would.
