Worsr experience I've ever had in any store. There is no display for turf soccer shoes. You have to open every box to see what's inside. Sale person didn't even try to help

My experience with this store is nothing but really bad! Was on hold for 40 minutes, after call got dropped. Tried to call for one hour, no one is answering. When finally call got through, customer service person said hello and hang up on me.

Horrible customer service waited more than 30 minutes for someone to bring a shoe and never showed up ask for help 3 times and no one came out .

Tremendous store with every imaginable sporting category represented. The store was void of any customers at 10 am on a Monday. The shelves appeared to be in neat and in-stock condition.
I was looking for a specific item and they had shelves and shelves of the same 6 skus in mixed colors but not what I was looking for.
What they need is foot traffic. Hope this location sees enough customers to pay the rent and payroll. Can’t review the help as I only saw a cashier when I entered and left (empty handed).

Terrible management.. over heard a manager named Austin talking nasty about co workers. Also he was absolutely no help at all.

I’m leaving this review to praise, Marco. What an amazing employee. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. My family came in to purchase kids baseball gear for the upcoming season. Thanks for all your help Marco!

One of the best customer service I have experienced. The folks near the shoes section are really awesome. They do a great job. Overall satisfied with the customer experience. Yet to utilize the On shoes my wife and I bought hopefully it’s good.

There is around 50 customers in the shoe department and 1 person working that area.
3-9-2024. So many angry people and the 1 employee is working very hard and deserves more help.

Big store but they have a small outdoor shoe section for women. They don’t sell good women’s hiking boots. Close to shopping.
