“Schaumburg HomeGoods has always been a great location that stays well stocked in every category.
Aisles are pretty clean and items are organized well. Shelves can mostly be packed up and sometimes you need to dig or look further down on the shelves to find pairs or sets as customers pick up then put back somewhere else.
Price points are great but they also offer additional markdowns at pretty good prices and are always adding new markdowns weekly. They have a great selection of wall art and mirrors in the back of the store as well.”
“So… love this store it sells itself…shoes were almost as cheap as tjmaxx… bought close to $200 worth of stuff.. and I don’t feel cheated in anyway…store staff is not there to cater to you and you are free to roam”

“In terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdale’s outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the men’s clothing department, but this store greatly caters to women’s clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.”

“My experience with my sale associate Terri in the mattress department, was phenomenal. Ms. Terri took the time to explain the beds, sales, and myself trying them out. She made sure that the queen bed order, came free with foundation/ box spring, check the order thoroughly, had to cancel once , due to not having a box spring coming with the order. Ms. Terri got customers service on line to make sure order is good and completed, and I even spoke with them regarding their terms. Ms Terri is amazing.

“I went on May 23 2024 around 2pm , I love the Ross first time there they have nice clothes there , anyways when I went there the girl on the register a African skinny girl was rude , she didn’t welcome me or say anything so I was about to snap at her because she took my 2 pants that I bought and smashing in the bag wrinkling them when I gave it to her nice folded, but I realized she forgot to ring me up for a pair of pants that was for $24 Levi’s jeans I totally smiled ? and told her to have a nice day ty”

“I came in last Sunday sales person Michelle was very nice fast getting item and knows what she doing and very attentive around the stores she’s very professional today and I love that for her she moves around a lot & I definitely recommended getting things from Michelle short Asian girl w black hair & if u would want to get quick items she has alot of patients she very nice and quick with customers and she moves on to the next professionally. someone should give this young lady Michelle a bonus or something Im definitely will come back again great customer service and people behind the register are trying there best.”
