I was quoted over the phone it would be $60-75 to talk with a dentist there. And made my appointment for 9am. I got a call back later to come at 10am when the orthodontist is there so I did and repeatly ask how much would it cost to have a tooth removed. She couldn’t even give me an estimate. When I got there The lady at the desk said I was late but I was told over the phone to come later. I got there waited just to chat briefly about my situation and charged me instead $312. Which is wayyy more than what I was told on the phone. And they quoted me $1800 to pull out one tooth. I had to walk out because that is a ridiculous amount…. Moral of the story is I paid $312 just to find out the price. Would come back ever and Don’t go here.

This office has a constant revolving door policy. A constant collection policy too you will get a bill for something you paid for . I value my credit but this place does not. I never see a receptionist last more than a few weeks. They did have a older woman working there who was very professional but is also gone now too and a younger blond is hired. Before the blond was another young gal . I guess they are too busy to clean I noticed a smell when I walked in . It's a very loud place too the manager talks like a porn star with a little girl voice . And boy can she talk she went on and on with customers . I'm not going back it truly is a heavy change of hands leaving you thinking who now has access to my info?

Excellent!! Office Staff if incredibly Friendly and Extremely Helpful with Scheduling and Rescheduled appointments.Remember it's Best to communicate via the text Method vs calling.The Doctor Bill is an incredible artisan.He was also very intuitive and walked me through my multiple procedures. His assistant was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable.The Hygienist Did an incredible Job and the whole process was painless. I will always return to Schaumburg Dental works for any and all upcoming Maintenance and or Procedures.

My husband & I have gone to these people for probably 20 years. In the past few years they have really gone downhill. Most recently I had a crown that had to be done twice. After telling them on the 2nd one I still had pain, the response was give it some time. So after months of it still bothering me I chose to see a new dentist who showed me the xray where the crown is not sitting correctly. I've tried calling and find it impossible to speak with anyone, for the most part getting recordings. Additionally my husband has a crown that simply falls out at will. I've asked them to send my records so I can take them to the new dentist and my request was not honored. Now if we want our crowns fixed by someone we'll have to pay because these folks have already collected on the insurance. How disappointing.

Dr. Kudav was so very kind to me, and really took the time to get to know me during my first visit in the office. The dental hygienist was also incredible and super caring. I was incredibly nervous for my first dental visit since the pandemic, but they made the experience completely painless!

I had my annual cleaning today, the dental hygienist Denise was great.She helped me relax & was gentle.My dentist was honest with my consultation. I’ll be back for a more in-depth consultation with an oral surgeon. I appreciate my dentist letting me know my options.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful! The technology is great and they explain everything clearly. I also love all the different services that are provided as well. Dr Kudav and the hygienist Rema are so kind and thorough. They were also extremely patient with me when I needed a break during the cleaning and with a couple fillings. Happy to be a patient with this dental office.

Dr valis...yes. I highly recommend. Their process and office staff no. Tried to make an 'online' appointment on their website because well... I'm busy and don't have time to call. A day and a half later someone leaves me a message that says 'please call us back to make your appointment.' What's the point of your online appointment tool? Just take it down if I have to call you anyway, and now it's days later and I'm still playing phone tag. So i call again on Friday at 4pm and once again I get transferred to what is some offsite (overseas?) answering service. I'm told they are closed (the website says they're open until 5). Then I'm asked to call the Schaumburg office back on Monday. This run around is a ridiculous hassle. If I were new I would have abandoned trying to make an appointment on my first call. Here we are 5 days later and I still don't have an appointment. Good luck keeping new patients with that front office policy/system/process. You're lucky Dr. Valis has a loyal following.

I had a great experience here. The dentist was really compassionate about my low pain threshold. He was knowledgable and just plain awesome.
