Commonly prescribed meds are consistently out of stock, and instead of contacting the prescriber or the patient to figure out the solution, they just sit on it. They’ll only notify you of a shortage or out of stock med once you’ve taken the time to drive to the pharmacy. Total lack of professionalism. I’ll be going to a different pharmacy from now on, plenty of options nowadays, why would I deal with this trash pharmacy?

I wish I could give negative rating for this CVS. The pharmacists are good for nothing. I went to pick up a medication for my wife and I asked them if it was run by my insurance. The reply was yes and I paid the amount. Once I came home and checked the details it was never run through my insurance. I called them up and they said they cannot do anything even if they had given me false info. My insurance doesn’t charge me anything for that specific medication but I had to pay at CVS and get the medication. It was such a bad experience. The person I talked over the phone was so rude I can’t explain. They should be sorry for give me wrong I for and refund me the amount. This is not the first incident with CVS about wrong info. Last time they adjusted the amount and I was okay.

I recently changed to this location for my medication. Base on previous reviews I was very hesitant to transfer to this location, but so far only good experience. The ladies have been very nice and helpful. ?. Hopefully stays like this and I giving them a good review only base on my personal experience so far and I am very happy.

I should have given this Pharmacy NO Star at all.I have been using this pharmacy for years and never had issues and problems with the old or previous team.On my recent visits, I noticed that the team is new and it is led by a male pharmacist. The male pharmacist (which I do not have the name) he is RUDE and very disrespectful. He is also sooo lazy and would not pay attention to the questions and needs of the customer.I went to the pharmacy at one time and asked for my refill. He did not bother to walk close to the counter and check for me. He stayed at the back and was eating and talking to me asking for my information. He is at the distant and I am providing my name and birthday, like I was literally yelling my personal information.I hope he will be out of that pharmacy and bring the old team back.He is just so RUDE and disrespectful.

Ok I have called and emailed and had no response so let's try this.... I received a call from your automated service on August 31 saying that my prescription had run out and I should call my doctor... my prescription had two remaining fills. So I called on September 1 and the automated said my prescription would be filled on September 2. Ok I don't really like my prescription being filled at the same time I'm taking my last dose but maybe that's how CVS rolls. When I got there I was told there was no record of my prescription. So September 3 I called your automated system and was told my prescription had been picked up. This is when I called the pharmacy and was told that my prescription had expired, I have two refills and it expires on 10/27/2022. Today I went to CVS and was told that they could only fill my prescription in 90 day increments. Ok I'm thinking 30 days with 2 refills = 90 days why didn't you do that but you didn't. I either had to call my doctor on Tuesday (holiday weekend) or pay full price, which I did because well it's medication. Also adding they told me they didn't fill my prescription because insurance wouldn't pay for it. Does this company make a habit of not assisting people without insurance? So my question is "what the hell? "

CVS Pharmacy: All the staff members are Very disrespectful, they are not fit for good service/ helpful. One can't expect refill/ order availability even week after of a sent prescription, they made me wait for ~45 minutes after I arriving the CVS pharmacy and each staff member telling different false reasons for why the order was not ready.

Got vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine at this site. Very clean and neat pharmacy, personnel is helpful and attentive. Vaccination process passed professionally and easy, and I have to mention how easy it’s to arrange and manage the vaccination appointment using cvs web services.

NOT HAPPY! Pharmacy texts telling me dr has not approved my refills and tells me to call . The Dr said cvs never sent request after 3 more calls to cvs they only filled 1 ,had to call dr again. Cvs says there is only so much they can do They did nothing never put in the request at all!! Its medication for heart and this place as well as several CVS have the same stories! So angry every time I dread going they tell you things are ready and they are not! Yet have time to say oh come in and get a flu shot ..oh sure after a week of trying to get my other meds?
