This place is extremely busy. I know people get frustrated butthere are so many great pharmacist and Pharm tech working here are so nice. In this busy pharmacy they keep it cool and help customer. I have great experience with Priya the pharmacist and Kanthi every time I go there they help. Priya is extremely devoted to her work with tremendous knowledge. My father goes here for more then 10 years, he is super senior ,so I go with him some time, I can say ,She is extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this pharmacy is always busy mostly due to being short staffed. And I always feel rushed when being helped. I also don’t enjoy how their lunch or break hours are constantly changing I feel and different than what it says online.

Serioauly this is the worst CVS in the history of pharmacy’s. Every single time I go there there is a problem. Today waited at the drive thru for easily TWENTY minutes. It was a bit busy (I work for the post office so I totally understand and have sympathy) but these employees just looked at me over and over. …NO service. Not a single care in the world. They took people inside (which is fine) and never even came to the window. Maybe a “I’ll be right with you I’m sorry) would have made it more tolerable. Many cars behind me (there were 7 at one point?) started giving up and going around to park and walk inside. Some… ended up being taken BEFORE everyone in line in the drive thru?? It wasn’t until I hit the “call button” for a second time did a mystery employee (someone I hadn’t seen the entire time) magically appeared. The two inside I saw were in no rush to serve people. No rush, no urgency whatsoever. I don’t normally respond to surveys but today was the last time… I’m never coming here again. I’ve already transferred most of my prescriptions to OptumRx or will see if I can go back to Walgreens. Where for decades had not one single problem. I will also go out of my way to make sure everyone I know knows this. If today was isolated I’d not say a word. It happens. But those employees SAW ME and must have known there were 5-6 of us still waiting in line. Way before people who were walking inside arrived. Ridiculous… STAFF MORE PEOPLE and people that have some kind of urgency during rush hours. CVS is pure horses***

Julie was so helpful AND knowledgeable ?? other service reps in the store need more training. 8.14.2022 Sunday 9.30am Got stung by bee, went to get consultation. The Sign on Minute clinic door said ‘patient in progress’, no one else In the waiting area:; tried to get an appointment on the computer system; there is absolutely no appointment available today! Don’t go there if you have an urgent need.

Worst pharmacy. They dont carry drugs and not ready to fill because they dont know when they will get it in stock. Even after me saying that I can give you as many days you wa t to fill it. Asked me to to go to a different cvs which is 20 miles away to fill my prescription. Pharmacist lady got some serious attitude. Take your prescription to Walgreens or walmar .

The staff here has always been kind and helpful. The issue is that the last three times I've been in, the pharmacy has been extremely short staffed. My daughter has type one diabetes so our visits are frequent and the prescription list is long. I'm on hold right now. I've been on hold for 20min. I just had a tech answer stating that he was by himself and I'll be waiting for a long time. The staffing issue is not the tech and pharmacist fault, but I'm sure they are getting punished by customers for it. The lack of staffing is not fair to your employees or the customers.

CHECK ALL YOUR PERSCRIPTION COPAYS they appear to be fraudulently over charging above what plans dictate. Example I had a script for a drug which my plan said $7.00 copay , there site verified $7.00 coypayment they attempted to charge $50.00. When caught they didn't even apologize. You have the right to complain IDFPR , DEA and and any governing body policing pharmacies.
