Cricket is annoying to the point that they are locked the unlocked phones, so when I switch to another provider, I can't use my phones. Luckily, Tony was more than helpful to fix this problem, attitude, and knowledge are what calm me and be glad I got here. Tony 5 starts Cricket ZERO
