I could give zero if I can. Very rude short blond oldlady walked really aggressively back and forth by me. No persona space and greeting. Hopefully it was not because I dressed casually so I don’t deserve to be there. Who the you are ?? Very disappointed

I have always loved this brand, I remember this store being built here but it was my 1st visit to this location. The store is classic C&B, beautiful and has every utensil you can imagine. I came for a cheese meat tray as you see I found what I needed..?

I ordered this bookcase on 6/14 with the "custom made, 12-16 weeks" delivery time. The delivery window kept updating - from early October, to early November, to mid-November, and so on. When I was finally able to schedule the delivery the weekend after Thanksgiving I was so excited! Unfortunately, when the delivery driver arrived, he only had the two pieces pictured. He said that he didn't know where the rest was or when it would be ready. I spent an hour on the phone with Crate and Barrel tracking it down. They said they don't know why I was able to schedule my delivery, since the rest of my bookcase is on back order until early December. They gave me a refund on the delivery for the trouble, and I stored the two pieces of wood pictured on my guest bed. I got another email today that my delivery is ready to schedule - yay! - but when I tried to schedule it, the customer success rep told me they won't schedule it until I pay $140 more and claimed I knew this would come in two pieces. I said that I would not have scheduled a partial delivery and that my order notes said that I wouldn't receive a delivery until the whole piece was ready - she argued with me and told me that there was nothing else she could do.

Great customer service! Tammy was very helpful with our purchases and helping us with selecting the throws and glassware. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The selection of glassware was small compared to the store in Las Vegas, but great price and value.

First time at a crate and barrel but it reminded me of those stores my mom would shop at when I was a young child. I had to sit down on a coach and wait until she finished shopping These women know how to make people feel unwanted and uncomfortable. I witnessed a young white couple be rudely ignored, as if they can't afford to shop in the store. While I, a woman of color, was made to feel uncomfortable by the constant following me around the store, like I'm a thief because of my skin color. I love when low wage hourly employees think they work in a store that they perceive to be for the affluent upper class, you know the top 3%, you know nothing about me or that young couple. I have news for you everything they sell at this store can be found online cheaper and you don't have to put up with stuck up retail associates who are three-quarter of a century old. Some of the Le Creuset line is on sale at Williams Sonoma, and sir la table. This brand is also sold on Amazon, although not on sale now.

I was at this location as we were at wood fields mall. Our regular store is in Kildeer which is about 2 miles . And always nice to go. We were at Schaumburg store to get some glasses.Linda the associate helped me getting the glasses and offered best service she could. Instead of buying a set of glasses I bought 3 sets of glasses. She was so good with our order. I would personally say thanks to her on her great customer service.see you soon for our next purchase

My 74 year old Mother bought a high end Delonghi coffee maker. The store had it drop shipped to her, without telling her she could return it to the store. The Delonghi instructions said "do not return to store". Because of C/B sale's neglect to say we could return shipped items to the store, I paid $125 to ship to Delonghi. Delonghi customer service was deplorable. It took me 10 hours worth of phone calls and 5 months to finally get my check. I spoke with both Bridget and Jen, the C/B management team, who sounded caring about my concerns at first. However, they blew me off, never called me back and never put me in touch with the Delonghi rep or put pressure on them to speed up our return. The management team especially was superficially and fake caring while doing nothing to address our concerns, nor offer any kind of coupon compensation for all the trouble. Really, fake, saccharine, management service. I even went in to the store, after no promised calls back, and Jen, the manager, was conveniently on a "phone call". Management says they "feel your pain" but did nothing other than say a few words polite and never followed up as they said they would. Awful management service.
