On Thursday night walked in with my aunt, looking for comfortable shoes for her. The employee was not interested in customers at all. We walked out with the feeling that she was annoyed by us just being in the store.

Very nice people, helped me picked out what shoe I want and was very kind and patient throughout. Wish there were more variations of shoes though, a lot of them looked practically the same.

Love love love this store!I went in on a whim not thinking I would find anything because I wear a size 12 in women's. Boy was I wrong! Qiana the manager was amazing she was attentive, helpful and kind. I ended up purchasing 5 pairs of shoes and am now a regular customer all because of my visit at this location. It was clean, neat and organized. I witnessed the scheduled cleaning post COVID and was blown away. Definitely a proud customer now!

Customer service was excellent I was helped by the manager Qiana and Beth. Although they were busy they were able to provide me with the exact shoe that I needed. The premium clarks are by far the best walking shoe i have tried, and I tried many shoes. Thank you both again for your help!

I love Clarks shoes. About 95% of my shoe collection is from Clarks. They are comfortable and hold up for several years. I had been looking for a knee high boot for two years since the soles of my last pair of Clark boots (they lasted 5-6 years) had deteriorated. I had no luck until today. I picked out a bunch of boots and decided to buy two (unfortunately not on sale). What I appreciated about this store was that the sales person that greeted me and worked with me to find my boots did not badger me into purchasing or constantly ask what I'm looking for. I get quite annoyed when people do that. The sales person (Jay) was great. I asked him for several pairs of boots, he briefly looked them over, and then promptly returned with them in hand. He again didn't hover and pester me about which ones I liked better. He hung back and was available if I had any questions. I decided to buy two pairs and he promptly rung me up. 10/10 would shop here again.

Loved my experience here! They had a great sale on quality products! The cashier even buffed out the shoes I bought! Great customer service in person and even over the phone!

I dig Clark's hard! This is a small corner location but has a good collection in it. Staff has always been great. Word to the wise, get yourself a pair of shoes from the cloudstepper line. I'm on my feet all day and these changed everything.
