The best independent shop I've ever been too. Chino's has my highest recommendation. Sam and his crew are all top flight technicians exhibiting a high standard of thoroughness, fair pricing and maintenance ethics. I wouldn't take my car to any one else. These guys are good, very good.

i highly recommend this repair shop. Trusted l and they maintain my 1994 Nissan Sentra - i call it dinasour car or dinacar i saved a lot because of their group. They are certified also and repair price is very reasonable reasonably low

He can't find the defect, he replaces the parts of the car that are not damaged before he finds the defect and the customer has to pay for it all. often does not eliminate the defect to the satisfaction of the customer. Probably the most honest mechanic any where. All my vehicles are new and have warranties that I usually take them to the dealership. This time my teenage son needed a car and decided to buy him a used one under $4000 that needed some work. Right after the purchase I took it too Sam ( hoping to pay less than the dealer) and was expecting to pay $2000. He was honest on what it needed took, care of the brakes (most important thing) and he saved me half of what it needed. Been goin to him since.

I don't usually write reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or very disappointed.Chino's falls under the extremely satisfied category for me.I purchased Lexus RX and the previous owner had serviced the car at Chino's and that's how I started going there. I can't say I got the best deal on my car, but thanks to that I found the best auto shop by far (and I can say I've been in a few different auto shops). I now take my whole family cars there from oil changes to complex engine repair work. I drive from Arlington Heights to have my cars serviced there. What sets Sam and ALL guys there apart from other auto shops is PURE HONESTY and they are TRUSTWORTHY. I never felt like they tried to overcharge me or do any unnecessary repair. In fact, it is the opposite - many times Sam will say there's no need to do something that other shops will try to charge you for. But don't let this give you wrong impression - they do quality work and are very professional.Me and my family will be customers for life!
