It's amusing to see that the only five star reviews here have been posted by employees. One has to wonder if they were coerced. I had an agent at Century 21 rent out my TH in Schaumburg last summer. He neglected to check the background on the applicant which would have taken him 15 minutes. Turns out she is a serial evictor (four times in three years) and the company she claimed to work for no longer exists. I have not received a dime in rent and have now contacted an attorney to try and evict my tenant. This will not be easy with the COVID eviction moratorium. I have lost $12,000 in rental income, and now have to pay a lawyer. My advice: avoid this place like the plague.

UNDERHANDED DIRTY dual-agency agreements! Absolute epitomy of LOW CLASS underhanded dealing.The review would take a NOVEL to post if I were to detail my experience.BTW... Why are the Realtors of this place posting reviews of themselves?I think my point is CRYSTAL CLEAR! They have to have their employees post employment reviews, which are NOT appropriate. They made my point perfectly!?

I am a seller whose house was sold to one of Zuhair Kaleita's clients. A few days BEFORE the closing we learned that Zuhair's client had gone into our house, without notifying our agent or us. He did ELECTRICAL work in the house WITHOUT our knowledge or permission!!! Then the deal fell through because he didn't have the down payment he had told the bank he had. THEN we were informed that Zuhair was advising his client not to authorize the release of the earnest money to us because he had done work which we owed him payment for!!! Zuhair Kaleita told his client that he could go into our house, property which he did NOT own, do electrical work without notifying us!! This is flat out illegal and unethical and then he had the audacity to tell his client that he deserved to keep half the earnest money to pay for the work he had done! When our agent spoke to Mr. Kaleita, he told our agent that the last six closings he's had he has told the buyers to go into the houses and do work to bring the house to code to pass FHA inspection. He is unethical at best!

I felt both Dawn Block and Lynn Hayes went above and beyond my expectations. To be honest based on the price range my house was in I never expected this extreme high level of customer service and responsiveness. They were very patient with me. I felt they provided very solid guidance. I received two offers on the 10th day of my listing and closed 36 days after listing. That's results!!!!
