The showroom is amazing! I walked in and was greeted very kindly by the staff there. Everything was neat and organized. It was easy to navigate through the store and found what I was looking for.

I used Carpet One Floor & Home in Schaumburg, IL.! They are GREAT! Anytime I had questions Linda in the sales office was on top of it! The flooring is beautiful and the whole job was done without any issues! I will use Carpet One again and I tell all my friends to use them.

We are very happy with the new carpet we purchased and had installed in our home. Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us thru the process. The installers were courteous and professional, well skilled and did a beautiful job. We would definitely purchase again from Carpet One.

Carpet1 was the 2nd place that my wife and looked into, and decided to go with them due to Linda's tremendous help; and we are both glad we chose C1. Linda came to measure my interiors so that she can provide me with estimates; she was punctual, efficient, and accurate. She also taught us how to choose, and explained the differences between the floors and carpets that we were looking for. The installers were awsome too. They were punctual, polite, and quick. I had a minor issue after the installation, but Linda stepped in and took care of it.
