0 stars based on customer service. Which is laughable. Selena seems to think she is the owner of the business. When I called the first time, she was nice and then that all changed the second day. At first she only told me, my mom’s Dr needed to fax the prescription and clinical notes, and that once they have that I would be able to come and pick up the wheelchair. So I have them fax it over (which the drs office nurse confirmed it was faxed correctly and to the correct number). The next day, I call back and get Selena again. Must have been having a bad today. She very rudely tells me it takes them 72 hours to go through all the faxes. When I tell her why wasn’t I told that yesterday, she then changed the story to I need to know the EXACT time the fax was sent for her to look it up. I then ask for a manger because it’s getting ridiculous and she says “ I don’t know what your problem is because I’m looking for it.” People like her is everything that’s wrong in this world. Children that think that they can speak to anyone any kind of way. She also tells me that the owner AND manager are unavailable and REFUSES to call them to them to the phone. Funny thing is when I show up 10 minutes later, the owner/manager comes to speak to me right away. He has another employee look for the fax and of course it’s missing. FYI, maybe you shouldn’t be asking for clinical information when you can’t manage a fax machine. Since it is supposed to be going a secure source due to HIPPA laws. Take your business elsewhere.

I was unsure exactly what I needed in the size of a wheelchair. Gisela was amazing with the help and knowledge with what I needed. BVM HEALTHCARE has a well stocked showroom for just about anything you might need.I will go there from now on. Hope GISELA will be available next time.

Stopped in while trying to find some specialty bandages for my wife. Staff was very helpful. Held off on my purchase because discussion with staff prompted me to ask some additional questions of the doctor. But I would highly recommend this business for service alone, and going the extra mile to help me.

My insurance covers my medical equipment after my surgeries. BVM said they would rent us a knee scooter through my insurance for as long as my doctor deems it necessary. They make more money on renting than just billing my insurance the $120 for the cost of scooter. Now with the rental I received...the scooter is dirty. Not well balanced. The front basket is clearly dented and the front wheels are not straight. I don't know what is worse - a beat up dangerous piece of equipment that is for someone's mobility who just had surgery or the fact that they are over charging my insurance.

I purchased a scooter less than 6 months ago. Coustmer service was amazing with my 75 year old mom. The staff was understanding of all of her concerns and walked her through it all. They made her so comfortable with the whole process. Will recommend and purchase something in the future.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I called multiple times after I got the wrong equipment sent and I got told I would get a call back but never did. When I did receive the product it was incomplete. I would not recommend

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 3 weeks for medical equipment to be delivered to me after my surgery, and I am still waiting. When you call them for support, the answers are never consistent. Instead, you get various reasons why they haven't fulfilled the order. Eventually, I used a different company that was professional and was able to expedite my order.

i have never seen a company where you can't return items. that are in the original shipping box and never opened. when the manager won't talk to you and when you call back all of a sudden the operator the manager customer service no one will answer your call.
