Our daughter was married in August of this year. In order for my wife to bring in some specialty desserts for the wedding we needed a bond for the venue. In under 24 hours everyone at Brad Sutter's office worked very hard to get that bond in place. It was emailed to me. I emailed it to the venue and we had no problems bringing in the delicious food. May just for this wedding. Thank you everyone for helping us. You provide great service and very very quick service.

Laurie was a tremendous help in getting our car back from the repair shop. Our cars were stolen...two repair shops and the dealership could not identify the problem for how to fix it. It took them 90 days to get to a resolution. With the help of Laurie from State Farm, my family was able to get our car fixed and returned to us. The continued phone calls, urgency and dedication showed by Laurie truly showed State Farm on their best day. Continue the great work servicing your clients and making them proud of their insurance carrier.

Laurie did a fantastic job in guiding me through the process where I could claim for the comprehensive coverage of my car which unfortunately had a wire damaged caused by the chewing of mice. I really appreciate her help in guiding, promptly replying and clarifying to queries to get the claim processed quickly. Highly recommended!

Laurie Baldino, from Brad Sutter's office at State Farm, is truly my hero. After having water damage in my home, I had an awful experience with State Farm and my initial claims adjuster. The team was unresponsive and I nearly left State Farm...until Laurie stepped in. After hearing about my case, she proactively reached out and assured me that this would get the attention it deserved. And she delivered. Laurie and Brad did a great job helping me thru the issues with an accident I was in that was not my fault. Brad even called and helped me while he was on his vacation. We have been clients with them for 12 years and will continue to do so. Because of Brad and his team, we will continue to be State Farm clients. They go above and beyond to help us each time.
