Never answer their phone and if for some reason they happened to answer once for their customers concern it is a different matter to in America, working a job, surrounded by people who speak a language that you do not clearly understand in the slightest… download Duolingo while you’re sitting back there all day, please. I’m laughing right now though so it must’ve been pretty wild experience. I can’t imagine what that poor guy must go through Duolingo would be so worth this time…

Followed us as we shopped. The attendant came from behind the counter to say hello. Very warm greeting. My friend and I were grabbing multiple snacks before our 2 hour drive home. It was then that he realized the attendant was actually watching us and following us from aisle to aisle. As insulting as it is to be followed through the store, I’ve never been followed through a gas station with 3 aisles! If this is store policy…appalling. If it’s simply the practice of a particular employee……corrective action needs to be taken. I try not to jump to racial discrimination. Perhaps we were in there too long or moving around too much as we were grabbing numerous things. But there is no way he thought we were gonna sneak out with armfuls of items. Unacceptable!

First and foremost, the employees I have encountered at this BP are very friendly and accommodating. In this day and age that is something that is valued.Second, This BP is a bit dated, and the minimart inside is fairly small, but offers just enough of a variety of products to help commuters on their way.There are two more recently remodeled-looking bathrooms inside the to go minimart.As of today on 10/14/2023, there were two fresh coffee choices. Not a lot of “coffee condiments.” Only refined sugar packets, Splenda, and Coffee mate creamer in liquid form.No flavored syrups, no Stevia.This BP offers 87, 89, and 93 octane gasoline choices.As of 10/14/2023, this BP also sells firewood, propane, windshield, washer fluid, and ice.

Can anybody confirm to me what time the car wash closes? I come here at 9:20 pm and the car wash is closed and I paid monthly. They told me they close at 10 PM I went inside and I asked the cashier to give me a ticket to go to Des Plaines one to wash it he say he can’t, what’s the solution now?

FREE AIR!!! Finishing up my daughters' Christmas present shopping at Woodfield Mall two days until Christmas in -2°, "blizzard weather" according to the news, my air pressure sensor light turned on. BP is only a few blocks away from Woodfield Mall and had a free air pump. Apparently, I wasn't the only one who needed to add air to my tires as I had to wait for two cars for my turn, and when I left there was another car using the pump. BP has a small store with a variety of items for purchase. Both the friendly, cheerful employees directed me to the tire pressure gauges. Thank God they had one on their shelves! It came with two tire valve caps which I ended up needing one when my frozen hands dropped my car's cap somewhere in the slushy inches of snow.
