Couple months ago I bought my 2022 Chevy Silverado trail boss there. The salesman was pretty decent to deal with. The problem is when they delivered my truck. The next day it came here with a Dent in the rear bumper. For weeks now, I have been trying to get this problem resolved, but absolutely nobody has given me a call back even though when I do call there, they say they'll take care of me but nobody ever calls. They all took care of me while I was there, but after I bought it, it was like I never existed. I even have pictures of the truck the day and time. They dropped it off and notice the Dent in the bumper. But nobody has said or done anything about this even though I was promised. It's pretty sad to pay as much money as I paid for this truck and they deliver it with a dent. in it.

After an oil change experience at this dealer, they wanted a feedback. This is what I wrote:Very dishonest people. I came in happy, left upset, very unhappy. I think your people are creating problems when there is nothing to fix.I will write about my experience on every site; Google, Yelp, Better Business Bureau. I am outraged. Just before coming to the shop, where I was parked, there was no leak, no drop. Your people are saying, there is a leak here and there. I have a habit of looking everywhere I park for any leak. I never seen anything, including just before coming to your shop. This is what goes through my mind: these people are crooks, dishonest people, who are cheating honest people. Instead of furnishing the customer's lounge nicely, the owner should've found some decent people for his service department. Also, I look on my windshield for a new oil change sticker, but surprisingly they left the old sticker there and never put a new one.

Too bad I can't give them 0 stars. I took my car in for service because of some idling vibrations. Let me start by saying that when I took my car in for service, the check engine light was OFF. I got it back and the check engine light is now ON. Help me figure that one out. So after $1,100 not only is my vehicle repaired improperly; but to add insult to injury, I can't use my remote starter to preheat my car here in the 20 degree weather. Lincoln cars will not remote start with a check engine light on. I asked for a loaner vehicle, they never have any. They kept my car for 4 days and called me repeatedly at the most inconvenient times. Each time they called it was a new "find" of suggested repairs. During one of these suggested repair calls the service guy mentioned, "Even with getting these additional things done, it still might not solve your issue." Huh? So you mean to tell me I'm supposed to spend another $900 (as my estimate was already at the $1,100) and it still might not even correct the problem? Of course after I challenged the service guy's statement, he went on to give me some super technical & cockamamie explanation that still doesn't make sense. So I went on further to challenge him. I asked about the repair history to learn if any of the parts were under warranty. He fixed his mouth to say that they didn't have any history on my vehicle. Wow! It seems to me they worked on all the other issues they saw (or invented) as opposed to the initial issue for which I brought my car. Here's the kicker. Once my car was ready, he calls me 30 minutes before close. So of course they had no shuttle service available to pick me up. Get there, the car is filthy! My car was not vacuumed, washed, and there was grease on my seats from the repairman's clothing. I will never recommend this dealership for service or purchase & I will never take my car back there again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a car here after mine was totaled first time left with a great experience except they called me back in two days to sign a new contract with almost double the interest rate than what I originally signed for! And an extra $100 down I should've took this as a red flag and returned the car and walked away! not even a week after signing the second contract my car begins to overheat mind you I don't live close so I use the warranty they gave me to get it towed and still had to pay $170 out of pocket. They return my car a week later offering me NO rental so I was without a car again just weeks after buying one! And my car 2 days later did the same thing began to overheat this happened 3 more times getting it towed, paying, them taking days, me without a car unable to get to work and them saying it's fixed or there's no problem and a few days later it happening again. My final straw was taking my 2 month old and 4 year old to the doctors and it completely overheating and the heat going out when it was freezing cold out! I finally call to tell them something needs to be done I haven't even had this car a year and I've brought it 4 times for the same thing! They agree to trade & find me something that will match my payments and even though I'm already losing out on money again what other choice do I have? I have a 2020 trax at the time and they show me a 2017 ford escape which was a total downgrade and another Chevy trax 2021 which was an extra $100 a month and wouldn't work with me to lower it $50 more to help. This place just thinks people have money to throw around I feel I should've been compensated for all the stress, time, and money I had to spend on my original purchase the times I went without a car and missed work and couldn't get paid... I was comfortable with my payments and the manager spoke to me like I was a child! He said you have two options take it to service or pay this price it was freezing cold out and I asked if I took to service would I at least get a rental and he shrugged and said they usually don't have any. For all that I went through with this car they can't even make sure I could get a rental home???? I should've been a top priority with how much I've come and brought my car back for the same problem. He spoke in an unprofessional manner and when I said you guys gave me a car that hasn't worked, he said FIRST OF ALL we didn't give you any car just because he wasn't the manager at the time they are still responsible for helping me with what happened and treating me with some compassion as I am a paying customer. In the end they didn't care and didn't even treat me like human they just threw their hands up in the air and said I paid for a car as is! The worst experience. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to them. They are only money hungry sharks that don't even treat you as human. Or see the struggles I cried while the manager didn't even care to try to help. They still got me out of thousands trading in this car after 4 months and they couldn't simply lower my monthly payments $50 to help out. STAY AWAY

Nice place, but service was pretty low. I bought a Jeep from this location, and it was not for my buddy working there and me wanting to help him I probably would have just left. I don’t think this is the place to purchase your next vehicle. They rush everything. The car I got from them needed work. They only gave me one license plate. The bumper paint started peeling after one car wash. My windshield washer did not work. There was just so much they hide from you and not tell you about. Just be aware.

Nice sales people. Nice vehicles. If you are buying a car that doesnt they don't work as part of there brand you will not have much play with the price. Which is typical of any dealer. Good experience

Originally gave 5 stars but now I’m definitely regretting it. Took 2 weeks to fix an airbag. Barely had any communication with the team. I was told it would be fixed within a couple days. It wasn't. I was also told by a service guy that the managers were upset that they did it for free because they could've made so much more money out of me. Absolutely ridiculous. They definitely dragged it out and I had no car for two weeks that I spent of $600 on a rental because "they ran out" but have so many car on the lot. Not only was this absurd now my door is messed up and it wasn't when I bought it. THEN I get a message to come buy another car as if I didn't just purchase one already. Like what is going on. I am absolutely so frustrated with this whole dealership that I'm never coming back and do not recommend. If you're selling a car why not fix it before selling it? Want to know why so that they can make more money... This is crazy. This is my first time buying from a dealer I never want to do it again.

Horrible customer service. I came to this dealership looking for a SUV. The sales person came outside and not once did she introduce herself or ask for our names. She insisted on following us around the lot so we wouldn't be looking at "$100,000 cars". We feel very uncomfortable and profiled.

We custom ordered the aviator which was supposed to be ready within 3 months. It Took almost 9 months for the car to finally arrive! Every time we called, the staff was always clueless. When I spoke with a sales person over the phone, she assured us that they use KBB for trade-in values; as we didn't want to waste our time driving there. Our car is in great condition but they low balled out trade-in value by almost 10k under KBB trade-in value! What a bunch of crooks! Of course we wasted our time driving there for nothing! Will never recommend nor use this dealership in the future. We tend to trade in our cars often and have dealt with many dealerships and this Lincoln one has been by far the worse of them all. I guess we Dodged a bullet as the aviator has been receiving horrible ratings lately !

Sad this dealer uses the same gimmicky tactics to sell vehicles and service. Upon talking to TJ Finlay for an excess of 4 hours we finally reached some middle ground (albeit I caved). Finlay had a paper with what showed a 5.9% rate and upon going to the finance person, he informs us that idk why that rate is there and the rate happen to be above a 7%. Along with that Finlay said oh yes we can fix this and that. So I was like okay fix the chrome since it has bubbling, he does to ask someone and comes back and they say they can't. Then they also couldn't fix the car entertainment panel that is cracked. Then to top it off when the deal is done he tells me the key fob not working at all and I would have to come Monday since Sunday they are closed. Monday comes around and he calls me bright and early to inform me the tech will not be and that he doesn't know when he will but he will let me know. It's been a little over a week since I have the vehicle and TJ Finlay has made no effort to clear this situation. I am an understanding person so as long as he can tell me when the key fob would be fix I would be okay but he can't even answer that question. I am getting to the point of just going elsewhere to get the key fob programmed and done with this dealership.

Wow, these MFs are shady AF. I heard that the horrible service advisor Vince was gone, so I thought I'd give this place another shot, since they are 2mi from me vs. 20.My car is a couple of K past needing its 20K service, which is essentially a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation... and this (Jessica) place quoted me basically DOUBLE what a professional dealership service shop did... then the Service Manager Ryan tried to bs his way through being caught... saying that theirs had added services.Somehow they don't post this list of services, though it is a standard set by Lincoln... yeah they're extra riiiight.MoG, do NOT trust these rotten mofos one iota and just travel to go to a professional dealership, it's totally worth the extra 15 minutes drive to Libertyville, Glenview or Highland Park.
