The male cashier working at the counter just now today 2pm ish Thursday is not qualified doing a customer service work here. It’s been awhile I visit the store and today I got a really bad and humiliating manner from this person. Maybe he just need some professional training and I hope he will be better at his job and be friendlier with other customers.

Years back, you could walk in to Best Buy and get help and advice (cell phone purchase). You could even come back after purchase and get tech help in that dept without paying to join Geek Squad. Now you have to wait long time for any help or advice. Sign of the times, I suppose this goes across the board to any retail

It’s nice to have physical store to get something immediately but service was slow…had to go ask for help to purchase a macbook.

Poor customer service. I bought headphones, took them home, they did not function. Best Buy executed a return without apology. Store manager here needs to inform younger associates how to treat customers with respect.

Went to buy a microwave, asked for help three times. Sat there for fifteen minutes,still no one. Left, will go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I have to write this review, I will be showing up and talking to the manager at this location too. I have shopped here and had a wonderful time with joe and Alex but the first time I send my wife in to this location to pick up 2 electronic items they send someone by the name of V or Vincent. He absolutely disregarded everything she had to say, Ignored me when she called me on the phone to talk to the staff member and then proceeded to interrupt her and push different items that we weren't shopping for down her throat, and not even listen to a single time she said no to a item or "Warrantee" and made her feel like she was being interrogated. Completely disrespectful and pathetic service and I warn anyone to ever shop at this location ever again. Joe and Alex find somewhere else to work the management here and regional management should be made aware. Trust me everyone will be made aware about this. I work in sales and I just can't believe I witnessed this over the phone.

Placed an online order an hour before they closed. Showed up 20 mins later and they said I had to come back tomorrow, even though the product was on the floor. What a joke 😂 waste of time. Trash customer service.

Never charged for a replacement of a screen protector until today 8$. Apart of that long line and just one guy working .

Although my experience was overall great because your Microsoft advisor Alex saved the day, I almost didn't purchase my headphones because the first person I asked acted stand offish and didn't make me feel comfortable talking with them. very thankful for Alex who answered all my questions thoroughly and politely.

I use went in to pick up a samsung online order. The customer service wasn't bad. The parking lot was not plowed but it was snowing so can't blame them on that. Overall it was a short and good experience

I’m giving 4 stars since I like this store and the staff, but not excited to go here unless I need to buy something in emergency.
The technology world changed so much in the past 2 decades, but nothing much changed in this store. I hope they come up with better presentation that can excite customers to comeback to checkout the latest technology regularly.

Best Buy showed me that they care about their customers. Multiple Associates came up to me in different sections of the store wondering if they could help me find something. Everyone greeted me with their name which sometimes does not happen. And they all followed up with "if you have any further questions I will be available to help you." Some places employees won't even make eye contact with you and will sometimes avoid conversation about products that they really should know things about. Everybody that I talk to you seemed very knowledgeable in the section that they were at. I was very pleased with my visit even though I did not purchase anything. *Update* had exceptional service when I was in to purchase a wireless headset. When they couldn't find what I needed on the shelf even though the website said there were two at that location they offered to order it and have it shipped to the house. One of the reasons why I still like to shop at brick and mortar stores.

Review is not for the store but the company as a whole. Communication is terrible! Agent on portal/website says something else and the store managers differ. Upon questioning, store managers say the chat agents are people working from home and have no idea. As a customer how am I supposed to take that ? I take time off and drive 25min to this place trusting what I was told by the agent on the chat portal and this is the response I get from the store.

Second and last time i try to purchase something at this store. The worst costumer service from employees in this store, it's a shame that a store like best buy allows employees to be on their phones texting, talking while costumes have to go elsewhere to purchase electronics.
"F"- for attention to costumer in-store, no wonder why people prefer online shopping.
