A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. The quality of the extensions and the technique is perfect.
I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer. I lost a family member to cancer, and I found her comments to be very cruel. It's important to note that having extensions is not just about adding hair to your head. It's crucial to gain knowledge and learn how to brush and take care of them; otherwise, you might end up damaging your hair. It's not just about how the hair is done but also about how you take care of it.
Keep up the excellent work, Beauty Lab. I will be back soon. I also have a few before and after pictures so you can see how beautiful my hair is. I highly recommend visiting Ms. Monika - I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I've been a loyal client of Monika for years, and I can't say enough good things about her and the outstanding service she provides. I specifically get K-tip extensions, and Monika's expertise and precision always leave me feeling confident and beautiful. Even after moving to Florida, I continue to plan my trips back to see her because I trust no one else with my hair.
Monika is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive to her clients' needs. She takes the time to understand exactly what I'm looking for and always delivers results that exceed my expectations. Her salon has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, making every visit a pleasure.
If you're looking for a top-notch stylist who truly cares about her clients and excels in her craft, I highly recommend Monika. She's worth every mile of the trip back, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair extensions

Extremely expensive, extremely rude, extremely unprofessional.
I'm changing my review from 2 stars to one or -10 if I only could. I was not satisfied on the first day of doing my extensions. I was shaken by the way Mrs. Monika combed my hair. She combed it from the scalp down creating tangles and tearing my natural fragile hair off. It was very painful and I couldn't stand the feeling that she breaks my hair & that I was losing my hair follicles in such a stupid way.
Also I didn’t like the extensions colour she was putting on my hair. But she answered me unpleasantly few times that this colour was my choice. Yes, I choose them cause she gave me only 3 to choose from! I said from the beginning I don’t like them! But she promised she will mix them well & it will look right. But it wasn’t. I wanted to cry just after living that place. Also the extensions were glued too close to my scalp it was hurting my scalp! & I was looking funny cause the “clips” were very visible & sticking out of my head. She explained that is the way it should be & that in 2-3 days it will get the way it should be. It didn’t, even on safety camera at my house or at the store with very bad quality I could see them. But I was reading about it after and consulting other hairdressers they said NO! You need to live more than 1inch from skin!
After 2 weeks extensions started to fall off with my natural hair like crazy 1-2 per day. … I was literally getting bold! ??? Mrs Monika wasn’t helpful. Only rude trying to persuade me it’s ALL my fault. I wasn’t using any dry shampoo or conditioner by the time it first happened. But she constantly tries to convince me of that this is the reason! But I bought it after loosing 2 extensions already, not before! And cause I wasn’t happy with quality of extensions. I wanted them to be more soft - like my natural hair so I bought hair oil & conditioner for the tips only. Those were like hay.
She said that I am using some aggressive cosmetics or I don’t know how to comb.
She is the one who DON’T KNOW A THING ABOUT BRUSHING HAIR. I have never met anyone in my life who would comb somebody’s hair that ways .. for sure not “professional”.
They also didn’t respect my will. I wanted hair thicker but not that long. They convinced me to live it that way.
I believe while she put too heavy sections of hair to too little to my hair.. cutting it to less heavy would help with saving my natural hair too.. that’s what I didn’t after 3 weeks. After shortening them I wasn’t looking her everyday anymore but every second day. Still not good. But always something..
I was contacting 3 hairdressers all of them said the job was screwed my hairdresser & she should apologize me, fix it & give my money back.
1. Extensions were attached way too close to the skin. 2. Extensions were to thick and heavy to my brittle and delicate hair. They should be decided even to 5 sections. They should never be put that way to my fragile blond hair. She should know that!
I am partly bold now.. and I was humiliated by her.. I am crying a lot.. I am shy to show myself anywhere.. it was suppose to be amazing holidays.. but now I feel like the one with the cancer .. lost my natural beautiful hair that used to be like velvet.. but now ppl are saying they feel really SORRY to me & it’s only makes me feel worse. ;((((
Mrs Monika doesn’t seem to even apologize me.
But she will need to. I am not going to live it that way.

I've been doing the Arosha Body Wrap treatment with BeautyLab Spa and I am so happy with the results! I've notice my body slimming down and toning in areas I was most insecure. Even my cellulite has gotten so much better! I definitely recommend this treatment and I will be coming back to do more! :)

Very like this place a specially how Halyna doing her job as hairdresser. Extremely professional, notes all the details and has big experience in the hairdressing business, this was my 3rd visit to Halyna and I am sure that I will return there again. I love this place, especially Hydrafacial for my face. The skin after was so glowing and healthy, thanks to Khrystyna. I came back for the laser hair removal for my underarms. I did only 2 treatments and see already dramatic results. Also, I want to recommend Collagen treatment for the hair. My dull dry hair turned into soft, silky hair. Highly recommend all specialists.

The service at this place is excellent. Halinka made excellent highlights to my blonde hair and cuts. She also made great cuts for my two teenage sons. Marta gave my eyebrows a great color and shape. I highly recommend this place.

I am very happy that I found this salon, the very friendly girls who work there are there to give you advice :), the services are at the highest level, and in a clean and tidy salon you can relax and not worry that something might go wrong. I recommend it !!! At Beauty Lab you are in good hands with professionals!
