Don’t believe the reviews. When this place moved to woodfield it shrunk. it’s a dive. Go to DeerPark barnes and Noble. 7-11 has a better magazine section.

This place blows. After the move it's become a dive. The magazine section is bigger at 7-11. plus they probably have newer magazines

Enjoyed reviewing my purchasing options while having a Starbucks cappuccino and a sizable table to spread out. Very relaxing way to spend a few hours.

Very accommodating and helpful sales representatives. Great location, at the heart of the town, close to the shopping and dining establishments. A good amount of books and they are quick to help you with online orders.

The cashiers are always friendly and the employees on the floor are helpful. I love browsing books in person and they carry some really unique toys and gifts.

It’s ok, I really miss Borders. I feel the cafe part is not well executed, but hey you may find those hardcovers here, and magazines, they still have magazines.

Amazing Service, a kind staff, and an extremely well-kept store!I loved everything about this Barnes & Noble location. From the way the books were displayed and setup, to the wide selection of books, gifts, and media, and finally, of course, the incredibly kind staff. Thank you to all of the wonderful people that keep this Barnes & Noble location running smoothly and efficiently.

So, it's been a while since I have been in a B&N (my favorite bookstore is Harvey's Tales in Geneva). But it's apparently been so long that they've actually changed their whole look. Gone is the dark wood and pictures of literary greats (& and chairs not in the coffee shop)...and they appear to be channeling late '90s Borders with blond wood and font choices. Kind of hilarious. But we came here because I was looking for a specific magazine that according to the magazine's web site is carried at B&N. We looked but it's pretty tight on those shelves with everything overlapping, so to make sure we didn't miss it we went to ask a staff member, who seemed annoyed to be bothered, said "Never heard of it!" when we gave him the title, initially typed the title in wrong until my boyfriend corrected him, but told us no. We had to prompt him, "Ok, do they carry it at any other locations?" This was my automatic go to when I worked in retail ("We don't have it in this store but let me check the other locations...") There's still a cafe with some uncomfortable looking chairs. They're clearly hoping you aren't going to park it with your laptop all day. Aside from the magazine, they have a respectable stock including staff suggestions on the shelves (though some were pretty unimaginative...most in the sci Fi section were contemporary classics; does anyone need to be hand sold these? Go for the deeper dives!) Anyway, guess I'll subscribe to the magazine and keep going to Geneva for my books.

Excellent Barnes & Noble!! One of the larger shops with a wide selection. Also, lots of seating in the Starbucks Cafe! Great place to take your laptop along.

Had the most wonderful conversation with Ramsey at checkout. He is truly a light in this world and made my day 1000 times better. Other staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time. Highly recommend this B&N!!!!

Very nice brick and mortar store. If you miss a place to peruse books, sit and read, and order a treat, this is the place. Friendly staff and close to shopping and the expressway. Try it today.

Really cute and clean smaller Barnes n noble. Not bad but I'm a big fan of comics and mangas and their selection was a tad smaller than expected so it wasn't my favorite. Didn't buy anything so can't really attest to service and value but not bad to walk around when you have nothing to do or need to burn time.
