Don’t waste your time going to this branch. Indian guy working here couldn’t resolve the issue and their manager is too busy to come talk to you even if you request. Stupid people

I have been with BOA many years I like the customer service personnel when I have to deal one on one but I hate the hours they are not open early enough for me if I have to get into bank before 10 plus their not open late either also they don’t have the drive up which was a huge convenience for me. Thinking of transferring my savings account to my other bank I would transfer my checking account if it wasn’t for the hassle of changing some of my direct deposits. I don’t use ATM machines so don’t tell me there available I’m old school and my preferences is to deal direct personal. There still a lot of people that like drive up like my other bank has so I write a ck from BOA & cash and deposit it in my other bank.Not a happy customer because I needed to get money out on Saturday for a car purchase from my savings & bank is closed and to late to go to only BOA I found open till 2 but to late for my transaction.

Disgraceful customer service at this branch.I was PROMISED both a refund of an inaccurate fee charged to my account and a call back by Andrew O'Donnell - received neither. I scheduled 6 appointments online which were all cancelled the same day via an email. After 3 weeks I finally received a reply - no refund. Asked for the manager, no reply. Called customer service which was no help. Waste of time.I am taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do as well. You'll be jerked around. Try Consumers Credit Union on Meacham instead. They know what they are doing.

Unlike a lot of other BOA branches, the staff here are very courteous, respectful, friendly and still professional. I had a pleasing experience at this branch, Raul my banker was very efficient and helpful, answered all my questions and handled my business 10/10. He does an overall great job.

I would give -1 star if possible!Each time I went in , they let you sit and wait for 20-25 min and only after saying you need an appointment (open bank account , change of address ) and they send you to the bank next to the woodfield mallAlso said you can’t change address unless you lived there at least for 2 years !!! Unprofessional and giving false information!!!! Please quit your job and let other people do your work!Shame !!! Such a poor service at this branch BOA .

Went in to open a checking account and was told that they don't accept walk in and I need to make an appointment for future date. I went to another branch and had account opened within 10 minutes. This branch seems to be just turning people away.. BETTER TO AVOID IT.

800 east Huggins rd. I have been trying to get in contact with the Bank of America staff to get into my safety deposit box!!! I have emailed for weeks after weeks. I can’t believe I cannot get into my own safety box!!!!! I need someone to contact me asap

I had a very frustrating home loan process with this branch. The mortgage officer of the branch, John Sudol, and his managers literally messed up my 2021 summer. Since they offered me a very good rate and downpayment/closing credits, I preferred to work with them. It was very late when I understood that they just offer, but do not give.We started the mortgage process with John at end of April-2021 and nothing was clear by the end of June. Then, we decided to change the mortgage officer and the bank. The new bank and the officer closed the file in 35 days for the same house and with the same financial conditions. Apparently, BoA and John wasted my time and messed up my summer.During our mortgage process, John was very unprofessional; didn't reply to the phones and emails. It was taking at least one week to receive a response and clarify a problem. He was always blaming the underwriter. I don't know, or don't mind, who is not doing his work, but the result is a big frustration for me.On the other hand, his managers were also defending him. They didn't do anything, just said they will talk to him and make sure he replies to our emails. They also said that there were too many applications, and they were having a hard time processing them. It cannot be an excuse; if you will not able to process it, you should not have accepted my application. By the way, one of my friends started his mortgage process with John and was able to finalize it at the end of July (3 months).As a result, John Sudol and BoA Schaumburg Branch are not a good choice to start a home loan application

Do not answer the phone. I have been having so much trouble changing from my maiden name with BoA. They said they would help me change my name on my card. I got a new card with my maiden name again. Useless
