This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.

“The service at Woodfield Collision was phenomenal! My 2019 Dodge Durango was rear ended and required a lot of repairs. Although the truck had 96000 miles it was in excellent condition. The owner, Kurt, fought with the insurance company more than once to ensure that I got replacement parts that were of high quality so that I still have a vehicle that looks as it did when it got hit, which was like new. Paint job was beautiful and they even sprayed my receiver hitch which although not damaged in the accident, had rusted from 7 years of usage. When Kurt wasn't available, Anthony was great to work with and could answer questions and give work updates.”

“I brought my car in for its Annual Service. Setting up an appt was easy. When I brought my car in, I was promptly met by Andre. We discussed the steps they would take, starting with an Inspection. Everyone was very friendly. The Dealership provided transportation to the mall, which is near. Andre called within 30 minutes to go over the suggested course of action. Andre talked through why it was needed and also mentioned discounts/specials that could be applied. He was very upfront about pricing. I decided to go ahead with the items. Andre texted the status and approximate time it would be complete. Then, called when everything was complete. A car was sent to pick me up and my car was ready and waiting and was given a car wash. An overall great experience!”
“Excellent quality work, done 5 days ahead of schedule and did not have to bring it back afterward for additional work. There was a clip that was forgotten about on the hatch for the cargo cover, but I luckily had a spare one and easily popped it in. Overall very satisfied with the work and would bring it back since it is only 10 minutes from my home.”

“I have gone to dodwell for a couple paint projects. First was to get my hood stripe and spoiler switched from a cheap vinyl cover to paint and they did amazing. Got tons of compliments at shows. I just took it in for a fender paint chip and again an amazing job, and they even cleaned the car inside and out (surprised me). I couldn’t be happier with their services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
“Amber’s warm feeling and comfort towards my purchase was very reassuring. We also shared a lot in common with me personally so she fit perfectly for me. I also walked in with a great welcoming feeling in general. After my purchase, I was taught more about the features of how to maneuver my vehicle etc. They showed me around the service department and that department also made me feel very welcomed! I met everyone who I would be talking to over the phone and scheduling appointments with for future service appointments and such. They welcomed in me in and tried many way of solving it cheaper and for free, and spent so much time searching for parts for me. Even though they’d never met me before. They were doing their best to help me for free. Truly amazing people. I’ve never experienced such hospitality. Dealerships could never be 10% as helpful, especially without expecting ANYTHING in return.”
“I live in Las Vegas and recently purchased a vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover Schaumburg. The buying process was incredibly seamless and easy at every step of the way. My Sales Consultant, Lev Akdemir, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He helped my achieve my goals and was always available to speak whenever I needed him. He also quickly responded to my emails, which was critical to help me secure my dream vehicle. In addition, Lev also provided me terrific information regarding the shipment of the vehicle and helped to reduce the stress through the process. Last but not least, after I received the vehicle, Hunter, who is the products specialist, guided me to understand all of the controls and features of my vehicle. He answered all questions I had and even did a FaceTime with me to make sure I understood.
