“Great service! They came recommended by my Audi dealership (they are Audi certified). I brought in my 2023 Audi Q7 which some little kids used as a chalkboard and drew on the passenger side door and front fender with a rock. Scratches cut to the primer, so I was not expecting a buff job will work, but they did their best and got most of them out. Still debating if I should get the door painted - they gave me a reasonable quote, I think.”

Honest and capable auto body true craftsmen with ability and passion to help customer and solve some challenging problems.2015 Lexus RX 350My situation was desperately urgent and needed some help and guidance. Proper Body Werks team took on the challenge and solved my problems timely and within estimated budget.Their advice was practical and helpful.My 2015 Lexus RX 350 had a lot of hood rock chips and skols from highway debris. We, after all, have two seasons in metro Chicago: winter and construction. Both are not friendly to our car exteriors.My work was performed promptly.Front bumper had too much micro damage and it was suggested it was faster and less expensive to replace with OEM and paint to match. Hood was stripped, repaired and repainted to match. Color code Lexus Pearl White/Starfire Pearl (077) is a challenging color to match.Touch Up paint provided was a thoughtful touch. Every step of the project was well planned and executed while communicating important updates.2019 Toyota Corolla LEWhile my RX was in the shop, my Mother in Law 2019 Corolla was mercilessly vandalized on a shopping center parking. Deep Grove scratches had to be fixed.Proper tool the project on a short notice and completed within mutually agreed timeline. Repaired panels and doors were perfectly blended and you can't tell from close distanceThank you Proper Team for a well-done job. You are true Craftsman and pleasant to do-business with. “Highly recommend Tibs & Alfa Collision! Replaced a bumper on my F150 and did an excellent job at a fantastic price. There were a few other cosmetic issues on both fenders but I didn't want throw any more money into the truck, as I knew that fixing them properly would cost quite a bit more. Tibs wasn't satisfied looking at a great new bumper next to dinged and scratched fenders, so he went ahead and took care of them at no charge! Hard to find folks like that these days! It's not like it was just an extra 10 minutes of work... it was repairing imperfections and painting two full fenders! I was happy to fork out some extra money as a token of appreciation. Go to them first because they're a great collision shop, but also they're an honest, small business that cares. Head over there and if they take care of you, take care of them back!Services: Tires”

“I have gone to dodwell for a couple paint projects. First was to get my hood stripe and spoiler switched from a cheap vinyl cover to paint and they did amazing. Got tons of compliments at shows. I just took it in for a fender paint chip and again an amazing job, and they even cleaned the car inside and out (surprised me). I couldn’t be happier with their services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

But I was extremely pleased with Mason's handling. He was courteous, thorough and very professional. I deal with many service technicians/advisors all the time and it's always nice when I come across somebody with the right attitude and understands that I have options of where to have it serviced and realizes that everything being done is costly. They welcomed in me in and tried many way of solving it cheaper and for free, and spent so much time searching for parts for me. Even though they’d never met me before. Dealerships could never be 10% as helpful, especially without expecting ANYTHING in return.”
