Sadly when I started with this company I was so thrilled to have them help me with blind and drapery cleaning. Today is 1/17 and I had my drapes returned today that they initially took to clean October 3rd. My silk drapes were shrunk and the inside seams now hang about 1" shorter than the rest of the panel. They took them back 3 times (when I pointed out the problem) to fix them and brought them back this 3rd time even worse than the 2 previous times. They told me they had a seamstress fix it but it remains a problem. I had a different company clean them the first time and there was absolutely no problem at all. The owner Al is nice but a terrible communicator, I had to constantly reach out to see what the status was. He said he did the "best he could" and I disagree. I think the best you can do is what you promise and clean and return drapes without damaging or shrinking. I will say I asked (they did not offer) for my money back and they did return it. I also had blinds cleaned and they were fine. I just will never use them again because of the issues and lack of clear communication.

Used them for blind repair, they’ve had the blinds for over 7 months and we still don’t have them back. Ken Brown the owner, keeps making excuses and missing promised repair dates. Try another company.

I wish I could give lower than one star. Failed promises after failed promises and terrible excuses. I wouldn't use this company for anything that matters. Save yourself some headaches and use a different company. We dealt with the owner Ken Brown, he is the worst.

From the second their feet touched the ground, they were surly and dour. One spent nearly the entire time on the phone, whining to his boss, who had priced the job the NIGHT BEFORE. The imbeciles left without completing any work.Attached are photos of the floors that "Assured Services could not figure out how to clean."DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES, & UNRELIABLE.

I am very happy with carpet cleaning. Carpet was old and not been cleaned for long time. I wasn't sure how much it could be cleaned . Thanks to Ken and his team for great work. Carpet looks pretty good now.They do have little high prices and there are some with low prices in the market . I am happy with overall experience. They explained me what they will do , what different they will do than others , they also make sure to dry the carpet. and after 2 days they called me back to confirm carpet looks good.Overall very happy with their services. I will recommend them to all who are looking for good work done.

Update 1/14/20: Ken (the company owner) reviewed the bumps and wrinkles. He assured us that these are not due to the carpet cleaning method they used. While the cleaning must have "adjusted" the carpet laying flat (since we never saw them prior to cleaning), it was the carpet installation that led to the bumps we're seeing after the carpet was cleaned (IMHO). Ken suggested we contact Mayfair Carpet to determine if stretching will resolve the issue, but he said there's no guarantee stretching can fix the issue.This company was highly recommended by Mayfair Carpet (the company where we purchased our carpet). The team who cleaned the carpet were professional and polite. Unfortunately, after over a year when the carpeting was cleaned, there are many bumps and wrinkles that never existed when the new carpet was installed. It's as if the padding never recovered from the steam applied. Very disappointing, our newly installed carpet years ago looks terrible.

Due to probable communication errors on both sides, the initial visit left a few areas incomplete; but, after contacting the company, Al came back out and did an excellent job of talking through our concerns, listened very well, and then followed up by addressing all our concerns. Definitely reestablished trust and confidence. Well done!

We have worked with Assured Services before. Ken is very willing to help with any service you need. He came when he said he would, cleaned our family room rug and it looks like new. They even held our rug until we were ready for it. Nothing but good things to say about them.
