This is a wonderful Agency. I am proud to be on their staff. Jennifer is really perfect in her position . Very professional and caring all the way around. Probably one of the best Supervisors I’ve had in all my years. She perfectly matched me with my Clients. She takes us Caregivers into the same consideration as our Clients . We have had a fantastic experience with Assisting Hands (Schaumburg). Jennifer P. has been extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling. She has gone above and beyond to help our family. Lidia O is an unbelievable caregiver. She’s kind, compassionate and professional. We feel very lucky to have found these wonderful people and organization.

I’ve been working with assisting hands Schaumburg for about 3 years. It’s a great company to work for. I’ve had the chance to work with amazing families. Will forever be grateful. The management team is highly progressional and listens to my needs and wants as an employer. Assisting Hands have been providing excellent care for my father. All caregivers that have worked with my father have went above and beyond to make sure all of his needs are met. I am very pleased with their compassion, work ethic, and commitment to caring for my fathers needs. Great communication with care coordinator and caregivers!!!!

For 3 years, I have been working as a caregiver for numerous client through the Assisting Hands Home Healthcare. I really like working with the office team especially, Jennifer, who always checks on us. She is always able to respond day & night to our request. Overall, the team is very professional toward their staff & their clients.

Assisting Hands helped with my father who had pancreatic cancer and was on hospice. They worked with us as our needs changed regularly, assisted with benefits from the VA, and were very responsive by email and phone.

My 80-year-old relative with Parkinson's Disease, who resides in a senior "assisted living" setting, needed more direct companionship and support than institutional staff or out-of-state family were able to provide. Finding Assisting Hands, about 18 months ago, was a real godsend for us. From our first meeting, the communication has been warm, thorough, prompt, and conscientious. My relative's physical and mental health have benefited from her relationships with Assisting Hands' caregivers. We've been grateful for the consistently high level of skilled, punctual, caring, professional, compassionate, and friendly people who work for Assisting Hands, as well as for excellent supervisory staff. We also appreciate the flexibility that allowed us to temporarily increase hours of care when needed as she recovered from a fall. We've also appreciated the strong commitment to covering caregiving shifts on (rare) occasions when a provider was ill or had a family emergency. Overall, my relative has met about 6 different providers, including her main "companion" (whom she adores!) plus others who've worked fewer days or served as occasional substitutes, and every single one has been great! Kudos to Assisting Hands for providing exceptional care!!
