After 19 years with Allstate Insurance homeowner and car bundle, never filing one claim, we have a flood in our garage and they find a technicality and how not to cover the damage. Un-freakin'-believable. They have really screwed us. A made-up technicality that we were never given the option to purchase. I asked their agent to produce the form that has my wife's or my initials on denying the coverage that they made up obviously and they couldn't produce it. Needless to say we are now shopping for new insurance. Loyalty means nothing in this world. I have a recently broken spine or I would take care of this crap myself but these jackasses to do this crap to us when we need them the most? I recommend you try any other insurance company as these guys just take money and never step up when they are needed.

Called to get a quote on car and home insurance at 4:45pm on a Friday and Office was already closed. Office hours on the website state it's open until 5pm. I guess they don't need any new business???
