“I recently completed a move-in process, and the management at the front office was helpful and curteous throughout. The apartment I am renting is in good condition, with new carpet in the bedroom and new cabinetry. I read many of the reviews prior to choosing this place and I have not experienced any particular issues with noise or general disrepair. Neighbors have been either friendly or kept to themselves, which is great. Since being here, the garbage collection area has also been rebuilt and cleaned. The only things I can think to complain about are the occasional large spider and the AC being a bit loud, but it makes up for that noise by being very effective.”
“I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, it is a nice place to live. The staff in the leasing office are great to work with. When I have had to put maintenance request in it is responded to within 24 hours.”
