I recently visited the ALDO store and had a pleasant shopping experience. The store was well-organized and featured a wide range of stylish shoes and accessories. The display was attractive, making it easy to browse through the various collections.
The quality of the products was impressive, with many items crafted from durable materials and featuring trendy designs. I particularly appreciated the variety of options available, from casual footwear to more formal styles, as well as the selection of handbags and accessories.
The staff at the store were very helpful and attentive. They were quick to assist with any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Their friendly demeanor made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with my visit to ALDO. The combination of quality products, stylish designs, and excellent customer service makes it a store I would recommend to others. My only minor critique is that some items seemed a bit pricey, but the quality justifies the cost.

My mom & I came in to shop for shoes for my destination wedding. Corey was very attentive, provided excellent suggestions, and managed to take care of many customers in a very busy store. We were so happy with the selection of shoes but specifically with the help Corey provided.

This is a horrible store.....they would not give me a manager number after the horrible service and I was told I couldn't walk in the store with one shoe on....and the black guy there said it was policy...and he could not show me where that policy is....I was deeply offended and would not recommend this place EVER!!!!

I ordered a handbag online and it's comes with defect.I came to ths store at 10 and and waiting for 20 minAnd the employee was inside and didn't open the storeAnd I knocked and he told like the system is shutdown and he cannot exchange the handbag and I told him to leave a note on a door just people should now and he just ignore it.Very bad customer if I can give it 0 stars I would.You have to hire professional people who can work with people not the kids who even don't know what means sales skills and stuff like this

So it's not enough that you go in and spend your hard earned money, but now the staff at this ALDO in Woodfield mall is telling people if they don't DONATE they don't get a bag so they gotta carry their purchases around the mall like they stole them. Wtf ALDO, today you lost another customer for good!
