Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks 🔥🔥

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Akira in Woodfield Mall. I went in with two friends who usually have a hard time finding clothing because they are both very tall. We met Taly, one of the employees who completely took care of us! She was helpful, attentive and totally positive. She helped us during our time in the fitting rooms. If we needed different sizes or even if we needed recommendations, she was there to assist. Taly had a gift for understanding the looks we were going for and finding what we needed. She made our shopping experience pleasant and joyful. Taly should be commended for amazing customer service! We spent several hours in Akira and made many purchases. Taly even made sure we had help taking our purchases to the car. We will return, and we hope to see Taly!

It was my first time in the store and Gaby made it such a great experience :) she was so kind and dedicated to helping me find the perfect pieces for my Cowboy Carter tour outfit 🤠 I was happy to find some really fun and unique options :)

I’ve spent over 1k recently at Akira and every single time they tell me once I spend more I’ll get my points and get a discount …just say you don’t have the system anymore and you’re only getting my information to sell it to telemarketers… and fyi …I don’t want someone shopping for me and following me around the store asking me every 5 minutes if I like what they’ve picked out…read the room and the customers body language ..:I’ll call u when I need u and yes I’ll tell the lady in the front you helped me so u can get your commission since that’s all yall care about smh

I am OBSSESSED with Akira. My go to for any occasion. Jess always treats me so well and helps me find outfits I love. Cely helped me today after Jess left and she opened my mind out to new colors and styles. Love the staff everyone is so welcoming and genuinely nice. Every employee will come up and tell me when they love an outfit I tried on. Woodfield Akira is the best I only go here❤️

KAREN was amazing. Her attention to detail was impeccable. When I needed a diffent size, she got it. I wanted something similar in style, she got it. I wanted comfortable, but stylish shoes to compliment my look, she got it. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had in a retail store.

Sh¡tty store! I bought a dress in this store, didn’t try it on in the fitting room, came home when I started trying on the dress, it had a terrible smell of perfume, as if someone had worn it, I wouldn’t want to wear a dress with such a strong smell, and there was a stain inside, the same day I bought it , I called this store and told about this problem, they told me to bring it, we will exchange it for any other item or give you a credit card of our store. When I came the another day to return the dress, since on the same day I did not have time, they were already closing, they told me they would not accept this dress back, but agreed to exchange it for another similar dress, they put it in a bag for me, I also did not I tried it on, came home and saw that the threads were sticking out and a piece of fabric was sticking out like it was defective. the dress costs $70, it’s not worth the money, this store has poor quality clothes and pay attention that there is no dirt on the clothes from someone else because most likely they won’t believe you anything. I don't recommend this store to anyone. also this girl at the checkout who served me, she wanted to take the check from me and didn’t return it, the dress I paid for they take the check

It was my first time going into this store! A wonderful employee helped me pick out a dress for my upcoming graduation. I loved that she immediately found dresses that I was looking for. In the end I bought one of the dresses she recommended along with high heels. Great costumer service.

Loveeeeeeeeeee the outlet and the store. They have such a great selection of different clothing items. Bustier fit is great .
