So many things to say about Acarath Montessori from the calm atmosphere, learning phases, teacher's commitment and the curriculum is everything a child needs in growing up. The foundation yhis school sets is prestigious. From the Teachers (highly recommend Ms.Eileen), teachers assistants to the admins, not forgettint the cleanliness of the building and safety pre-cautions etc..Thank you Acarath!

We love Acarath Montessori! The teachers are all warm and nurturing. Even other teachers will say hi to my son in the hallways; it's like one big family! My 3 year old is learning real life skills and we have seen him mature so much since attending Acarath. The swimming, gymnastics, music class, art/crafts are all just cherry on top!

Best daycare/Montessori we’ve had our kids attend. Teachers and staff are all fantastic. Our kids swim so well now, thanks to the daily swimming class at Acarath, and it is always the highlight of their day.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Acarath Montessori center! The teachers are caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for our child's growth. The Montessori approach is truly remarkable, fostering independence and a love for learning. The facilities are well-maintained, very clean and designed to stimulate creativity. Communication is easy and clear, the staff is very friendly! Our child has flourished here, enjoyed all activities, learned to swim and made friends with great kids! Our daughter started at Acarath in 2020. Initially, we just had the plan for PreK. Our daughter loved it here so much that we decided to continue for Kindergarten/Ist grade as well. There have been days when she wanted to come to school on weekends , fought with me to opt for before care/after care options so that she can stay longer at school :). She didn't know how to swim and was scared to get into the water. Now she can swim really well and doesn't like to come out of the pool :).When my daughter started here, she was a very shy, quiet person who hardly spoke outside home. People used to ask me-does she talk? And when she delivered her first presentation in front of an entire classroom last year, I could not stop my tears.Was this my little girl who hardly spoke? The teachers and her friends at Acarath provided her a safe and fun environment, which helped her come out of her shell, turned her into a strong and confident person.We could not have asked for more. She simply loves her teachers the way she loves her parents.And most important, she is so happy at Acarath. Learning with happiness is a rare combination which we found here.If they could introduce bi-weekly options for summer camps(school age kids), that would be great.We will miss our Acarath family. We are leaving with beautiful and precious memories. Its an emotional moment for us when we have to say bye in a few days.Wish they had beyond 1st grade!

Really love this Montessori! Teachers are very caring, loving and dedicated . The school is very organized and curriculum includes a lot of activities ( swimming , gym, music , montessori lessons etc ) in a day to help growth , skills of the kids and children get engaged easily . It's well maintained and children have a lot of rooms to move around in a day which is the best ..They have a very good play ground which all kids enjoys ! My daughter loves everything in this school and never wanted to miss a day going here ...Highly recommend this Montessori!!

My 4Y old kid has been attending this preschool for two months. So far until now, I am quite satisfied with this school. Teachers are kind and experienced. Classroom is clean and bright. The swimming program here has made my kid feel less fear about water, and he is finally start to try floating in the water after two months of standing in the water. I would really hope the length would be a little longer than 30min, because despite dressing, undressing, and shower, there is not much time left for really in the pool. But anyway, this still helps my kid to have less fear in the water. And the gymnastic program is also very good. My kid grows some interest in monkey bar, crab walking, balance beam and handstand. This is very important big movement exercise for kids at this age in my opinion. Taking away one star is just because I think there is something about everyday management could be improved a little. But overall, this is a really good school.

Acarath was an amazing school for my son. The teachers are all amazing, and I could not say a bad thing about the school. Swimming classes on top of everything make this one of the best Montessori schools around!

Acarath is a great school for young kids and we really love it here. My daughter has been going there from 2 years now and she is really fond of teachers, staff and other kids. My favorite part is their curriculum and activities for young kids. They cover basics of everything art, music, gym, swimming, English and Maths. Montessori methods are really effective to build strong base of preschoolers. We highly recommend it.

If I had to do it all over I would choose Acarath over and over for my daughter. She has attended Acarath for pre-k and kindergarten and will attend 1st grade as well. She loves swimming and all the activities and wants to stay at school for as long as she can. All the teachers and staff are excellent. Many have been with Acarth for long time which is very reassuring. They do a great job of instilling a love for learning. I love that they recently installed cameras that allow me to see my child in whichever room she is in. I wish they went beyond first grade.

Choosing Acarath Montessori is the best decision we ever made. The facility, the staff, the program followed are all extraordinary. We are happy we have the chance to know this amazing center and our daughter enjoyed every grade and summer campThankful for the good times ❤️

What a wonderful school! I switched my daughter from her previous daycare to Acarath, and the amount of growth that I’ve seen in this short time has been tremendous! We love everything about it! The swimming, activities, and her Montessori time. It’s a very well-rounded program, and she loves every minute of it! Thanks Acarath!

It’s been 4 months in Acarath and my 3.5 year old daughter is so fond of her school.She loves everything about Acarath except nap time ( because she wants to do something or the other in that time too). Daily swimming classes improved her swimming skills a lot.we saw a lot of improvement in her from not even able to hold pencil to write her name , letters and numbers .Teachers and staff are awesome. Will definitively recommend.

I can’t say enough about this school. This has been the very best experience for my son. We tried many different preschools and finally we found Acarath. My son started preschool and continued thru kindergarten. If only they continue thru the end of elementary.. The staff is amazing. Every single teacher!! I want to thank everyone of the staff for their dedication and hard word. My son is coming out of kindergarten well prepared. He had swimming every day. Participated in private music lessons. Did amazing art work. He is covering work books for third grade for math and English currently and is only 6. He had a lot of fun and loved going to school. We drove every day from Crystal Lake to come to this school so we can give him the best education possible. If I have to do it again I will pick Acarath at a heart bit.

I wish Acarath was a K-12 school, my kids are so so happy there. We started in late 2020 and we can not have been happier. Kids transitioned so well, we were worried as they did not speak a word of English but everyone assured us that they will be okay, and a few weeks later they were better than okay. My oldest son graduated kindergarten in 2022 and will back for summer camp this year! Today is his last day in school and the first thing he said when he woke up is "Can you drive me to Acarath after school so I can spend the rest of the school day at camp there?" !!! I think there is nothing more we can say after that comment!!!Acarath will forever be our second home! The Staff and teacher are THE BEST in Chicagoland!!! There is nothing that they have not learned there from reading , math, life skills, swimming and much much more!
