This a great 7-11 because even when I come Here anytime from ON! And off depends if I’m around this area - if I am in this area I go 100% only to this 7-11 and Gas station combo.
It is the BEST in town especially the nice cool Indian uncle OG running this joint as I type this in the parking lot of this EXCELLENT 7-11.
Service is excellent and they keep nice competitive price and they (the homies who work
here) know wassup - so you gonna feel right at home
5 star certified 7-11 a gem! Keep up the GREAT work friends!

It's mostly a typical gas station7 eleven, its up the street from where I live so most convenient. But an incident occurred on june 16th and 17th I don't recommend ever using their self-service machine as I went to pay it went to load for awhile before crashing and never printed the receipt, so the cashier makes me pay again saying the the original transaction will disappear. But it never did disappear and actually full went through on my account so I paid twice. I go the next day(the 17th) to correct and show them my bank statement it but since it never printed a receipt theyd told me they'll put my name on a contact list and told me to come in the next day. I could tolerate the hot held items always being subpar and left on the heat lamp for too long, I could tolerate that they almost always have random boxs of restock in the aisles but I can't tolerate having to jump through hoops to get back my money which only happened due to an error in the system to which the employee at the time should've been able to check if my payment went through the first time.

They need to train or change night staff. Or Give the franchise to someone else. The staff is rude. Go to some other gas station

The guy who was there at 10 pm charged for slurpee even though it was advertised as free. Definitely, management needs to check for such things. Why do you advertise free when you want to charge. Obviously, I don't care for 2$, but how can I explain this to my kid who asked me to take him there thinking it will be free.

Don’t plan to visit if you want to use your Apple Card thru Apple Pay for the extra cash back. Can’t scan on the pump and contactless pay rarely works inside 7/11.

Supposedly... after 12am the door is closed... But if someone knocks on the door... they can open it for you to go in to buy... but it's not true... because whoever is on duty... doesn't want to open the door. door and says it's closed... and it's supposed to be open 24/7... And whoever is on that shift... stop, he's on drugs and in a bad temper all the time... I walk there every day refuel... Every day

the late attendant is a bum, looks high as a kite. Encountered him twice, confrontational twice. I usually don't write poor reviews but I was shocked by the service. Well lack of service rather. Avoid this shop at night.

I usually don’t do reviews... because everyone has a bad day (I work with the public) but their 5:30am gentleman today really needs some classes to help him he was very rude and confrontational plus telling people to go elsewhere. I wasn’t even one of the customers he was talking to but with that said I will take your employee’s advice and do my business elsewhere and that’s a shame bc I liked it there...

I would suggest not requiring customers to buy expensive products just to be able to use the restroom. Perhaps if people are not required to purchase before or in order to use the restroom, you may make more sales to happy customers.
