Absolutely Terrible and Disrespectful Service
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a 7-Eleven. The employee was openly talking on his phone instead of doing his job and acted like customers were an inconvenience. When I asked to buy a few lottery tickets, he rudely told me to “do it yourself” and refused to enter the tickets into the system. He said I should just write everything on paper and hand it to him.
This is lazy, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior. Customers are not supposed to run the store while employees chat on the phone. I was treated with complete disrespect and zero customer care. If this is the level of service allowed here, management seriously needs to step in.
I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before visiting this location.

Guy who works at 1:30 am - 2:00 am (10/19/2025) time frame is always rude, stares like he's upset, unpleasant, and not professional at all. He acts like he doesn't like his job nor customers. The shorter guy who works in the morning about 8am acts the same way but he stares out into the parking lot which makes you wait until he's done. I won't be back unless I come in the evening. He is the most professional and cordial at this location as well the lady who I see on Sundays does a great job as well. I checked my account, my wife's, and our children. We have been spending over $600 a month at this location and all that stops today.

The guys at the counter was rude and wouldn’t let my husband buy water? Very inhuman I would never come here again even if they paid me to do so and I would suggest everyone else stop so this business can be shut down and turned into something else

False advertising and bad customer service. Will not be coming back. If you decide to go check your price.

This 7-Eleven has a Mobil gas station attached to it and it is one of the few gas stations along the busy stretch of Golf Rd. I normally end up at this gas station when I need to fill up a gas can for work. Gas prices are surprisingly reasonable considering where it is located and how much traffic passes by. There's only a handful of pumps but I've never had to wait for one to open up, even during the middle of the afternoon on a weekday when Golf Rd starts getting really busy. The pumps work great and are quick!

When I was purchasing Coke and Pepsi, I witnessed an employee being rude to the in-training employee. I was dissatisfied with the services provided by the in-training employee. He was rolling his eyes at him because he couldn’t pronounce a word correctly. The word was “Big Glup.” I was disappointed and kindly requested that this issue be addressed promptly.

I called and to ask the store what time do they stop doing money orders and immediately the guy was so angry and told me no we don’t have any and hung up in my face before I could say thank you or anything which is weird and disrespectful because when does the store run out?? And why so rude and nasty these use to be the best stores but some of the workers and owners have taken the joy and fun out of these places and give them a bad name 711 are childhood memories won’t be spending any money at this location ever and fyi you do business in a family communities customer service is everything with a attitude like this people will take their money elsewhere where they are treated respectfully and wanted if you are not a people’s person or hate your job find someone else to work in your business The last thing people wanna do is spend their hard earned money with a angry crab ?

Employees here need to be re-trained on how to provide better customer service. No one should ever feel like they ask a stupid question and then get scolded and feel ashamed afterwards. Do better, don’t treat the customers like they know everything about 7-Eleven

We went to the 7-Eleven at 800 W. Golf Rd. to get sugar, free dragon fruit Slurpee‘s. When we filled our drinks, they were a different color than they were supposed to be. They were mixed with Coca-Cola Slurpee not sugar-free. I asked the Indian man at the counter, why they were mixed together and not sugar-free, and he ignored me and was very rude. if you are a diabetic, that would’ve been catastrophic 7-Eleven needs to get better employees people who care and are not rude.

Second time this happened in the last month, one of the pumps wasn’t working and no markings to indicate this. The first time it happened I went inside and the guy seemed to know about it already. If you already know a pump isn’t working please put an indicator on it to let people know. A simple plastic bag can do the trick. Otherwise we have to fool around with it only to have to move to a different pump. It’s especially annoying knowing the worker already knows about it but is too lazy to indicate this. Will avoid this gas station from now on.

Decently stocked and generally clean, but the sour guy that almost always there is very argumentative with people. I've seen him get into it with customers ahead of me more times than I can count. I haven't had any direct issues, but he is never pleasant. If he wasn't in such a prime location, I doubt he would survive.

Old dude that works at the front counter continuously asked me if I flush the toilet every time I leave. I honestly don’t know why he asks me that cause I do flush the toilet. but it just makes me uncomfortable because I’ve never had someone ask me that question when I leave a restroom
