Went to Schaumburg store today and 3 staff members were talking about non work related things. 2 females and 1 male. Male was standing behind the counter in front of me while I was looking as stuff in the glass case in between us…. Did not even offer to ask if I wanted to see anything or even say a word to me and continued to pay attention to the 2 females gossiping. He needs to be let go and not work any type of customer service jobs and in fact should not be employed at all . So freaking lazy! I actually felt uncomfortable to even ask! Both ladies helped and greeted me at the door but this dude did absolutely nothing the whole time I was there. 5.11 , good luck with biz when you employ these lazy and ignorant peeps! No stars deserved!!! (I had too add a star to post)

My husband and I went in to get our dog fitted for a new harness, and Miranda was absolutely tha best! She was great with our dog Bella, and super awesome with us! And for that, we thank u Miranda! Ur tha best!

Very nice service. I can't say enough about how happy I am with so many 5.11 products that I've ordered online. Today was my first visit with a 5.11 store.She was so overly helpful with my crazy questions. I am trying to color match some shirts that my wife loves because she loves matching shirts ? ?Stop in and check out all their clearance items, you won't be disappointed.Thanks again for all your help!!

Great store for tactical stuff, clothing and military bags. And the quality of items seems to be very good. I ended up buying a big military bag and some trousers. So as for the store goes I would give it 5 stars. My issue for giving two stars are for the horrible clerk who seems to know about the stuff but makes it clear that I was almost bothering her with my questions, and she seemed to be irritated and generally gave a horrible customer service.....maybe she had a bad day or who knows. But in short: two stars because of extremely horrible customer service experience.

Stopped in while on a business trip. Loads of cool stuff and the staff was very nice. Ended up buying a bleeding control kit that will get used as part of an IFAK while motorcycling.

I am a huge 5.11 fan! Was recently in the area and thought I'd swing by since I haven't been to this location. I was so glad I did because I didn't realize this location was a warehouse location. They had more items marked down from what was online. Got a couple things that I couldn't pass up. Kaitlyn the store manager went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions. I definitely recommend this location and 5.11 in general.
