We are very happy with State Farm. Samantha always remembers us and answers all our questions in few hours time. We had a claim recently and there were lot of miscommunication between different departments, but Samantha cleared it up for us and saw to the end of it. I would recommend them.

Samantha provided excellent customer service, providing detailed quotes, various options (that I didn't know to ask for). All responses were quick and thorough! I started the process and ended up putting it on the backburner for a while, when I reached back out, she picked right back up and was able to work with my crazy schedule. VERY happy!

5 stars? How about a million stars! Todd and his team are amazing. I've had other state farm agents and no one is as good as Todd. Anytime I have a question or concern in regards to my home, car or life insurance Todd and Samantha are there to help. Always so nice and professional. Never have an issues getting a hold of them. Never had an issue with them responding to me in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and understand. They never try to sell products I don't need. 10/10 can't recommend Todd at State Farm in Savoy enough. "Like a good neighbor Todd & Samantha are there."

Todd Jacob State Farm has been amazing to work with. Super quick responses via email and phone for questions. My husband has been with them for years, and after a sewer backup in the basement, they were there every step of the way. When we got married and decided to combine our policies, their rates were literally half what I had been paying for years for the exact same coverage.
