“This place was recommended as a place to get a flat fixed inexpensively. I had a slow leak in one tire, so took it there. A little hard to find the entrance (need to turn north on the street just west of where a GPS will take you) but eventually got there. A gal greeted me, asked me what I needed. I showed her the tire on my car. She took one look at it and said they couldn't do it because the inner edge was much more work than the outer, due to bad alignment for too long. I asked if they had any used tires my size for sale. She hollered the tire size out in a moment to her colleagues, got a "no" back, and sent me on my way. My husband ended up resolving the leak himself later, without replacing the tire. Still, I am very grateful for their prompt attention and decision, to get me back on my way without having to make or wait for an appointment and be led on. Cash only. Would visit again when needed. Note that the hours on Google may be incorrect, so call to see if they're open when you need them.”

“I'm very grateful that I was recommended to this place. They are amazing and they know what they are doing! I bought 33 inch tires for my Jeep Wrangler from Firestone in Urbana. They failed to balance and put the appropriate weights on my Jeep/tires. Thus, causing my jeep to wobble! They and many other places in Urbana-Champaign couldn't fix the issue or just didn't want to deal with it.However, Best Drive went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this place. They were the only business who didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, who didn’t rush through my questions, and gave me the lowest estimate by about $300. When I went to pick up my car, they told me I didn’t even need an alignment and saved me some money. Very honest, kind, and patient professionals.”

The mechanics at Tire Monkey worked in an efficient time and even came out to tell me how bad my car was lol, you have to respect an honest mechanic. The receptionist Ms. Sue was also wonderful as I was waiting. I didn’t even notice the time that went past. They make sure to tell you everything before you leave and even answer questions you have when you call.”
