It's an amazing gym with a wonderful and friendly staff. Always clean and people are very respectful. Make you feel like family.

Best of all are the employees and the people who use the facilities. Friendly and willing to guide the new member. The gym is equipped with machines, free weights, treadmills, recumbent bikes, cardio room. Pickle ball seems to be a popular way to socialize. Overall I am impressed with this place.
